I like the sandwiches from Ike's in general, but this one sucks. They have got my order wrong the last 3 times in a row. This most recent experience was by far the worst. The time estimate was 20 minutes for take out, reality was actually 50ish minutes. 30+ minutes standing in their dingy eating area.I couldn't get any of the 3 of them working there to even acknowledge I walked in, let alone admit something went wrong with my order. However, the pretty young girl that came in after me got tons of creepy attention instantly. I'm a guy and it still grossed me out, even more than their floor.

We ordered two sandwiches from this location and were severely disappointed. They basically gave us bread with a couple of deli pieces, some cheese and cabbage. That's it!! At $17 per sandwich and having ordered 2 sandwiches I would say this is pretty insulting. Notice all the ingredients missing and to top it off, they didn't even include 1 lollipop. Worst location. Will never order from here again. Just posting this to warn future customers that order for delivery.

I live in the area & frequent this sandwich shop! It replaced the old Subway location & what an upgrade we got as far as sandwiches go! With their fun sandwich names & delicious "Dutch Crunch" bread this place is the perfect addition to Sherman Oaks! The sandwiches are huge so even when Im starving I can only finish half! I haven't been disappointed yet with the service or sandwiches Ive had thus far! Ike's mom wasn't kidding when she said they are the best! Enjoy!

Sooo the food absolutely hit, the staff was great but they called us up and gave us the wrong sub. We ordered an Adam Richman, didn’t realize til we got to the park.

I just wanted to try this place out and ordered a Matt Cain sandwich. Very impressed with this place. The quality was good and had flavor. Definitely different than the typical subway and jersey mikes. I wish this place advertised more then i would have found it sooner. Highly recommend this place! I must agree with one of the other reviews about the sandwich names and other stuff...i wouldnt want to take my kids here and order a "menage a trois" and later they ask what that means....This world is already messed up and we dont need it to come into a sandwich shop. I think you guys will do fine with names that are less vulgar. Anyways ....you guys cant always listen to the bad reviews.....you can never please everyone. I highly recommend this place!

It doesn't feel like a family ambiance with subs beingcalled, Menage A Trois, Hella' Fat Bastard, Hella Sexy,Dirty Reuben, Back Stabber, Hot Momma, Howie Eat it.Maze well have a sub called Backdoor with KY Jelly onthe side?It's a lot higher prices than nationwide sub shops thatare all over the place with foot-long vegetable subsor salad bowls for $8.50. I spent $22.00 for a sub, drink,chips with a tip at Ike's.One of the food handlers, dark hair petite female, wasplaying with her cellphone behind the counter. Idisinfect my cell phone about once a month likemost persons do... ... hmm. Dirty!There's homeless sleeping on the sidewalk and in thealley. Also, in the shared parking people smokinglots of cigarettes and I smelt Marijuana back in the alley.I prefer going to the local mall and enjoy dining withuniformed security guards visible.One man followed me a half a block away on VenturaBlvd. I had to stop, turn around and give him someeye contact. He turned around and I watched himgo into Starbucks next door to Ike's.Probably people hang out in Starbucks and followwell dress men and women with a full stomachto their car? It's a caution corner day or night!

I was very disappointed today. I ordered a very customized sandwich because there is so many options and the bread was hard and missing the standard I'm use to getting at other locations. The wait was super long and the sandwich was missing ingredients with no prior knowledge. Overall, Ike's, a chain, is usually on it. Maybe a busy day. I will have to go back and try another time.Off of a busy street. I only saw street parking

Have had good sandwiches from here before but today ordered 4 sandwiches- every single one was wrong. Seems impossible with such an exacting ordering system. Also I would suggest letting people just order the sandwich they want, rather than have to order the prescribed sandwich and then have to add/subtract to get the actual sandwich they want.

Where do I start? I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews however I need to warn people before they consider trying this place. This was my first experience with Ike’s Sandwiches.First off, I paid $19 for a 10 inch turkey and provolone sub and a bottle of water. So there’s that. Then it was extremely poorly packaged and impossible to eat. The paper wrap sunk into the sandwich and then I had to pick off the saugy paper from the turkey and cranberry filling. Gross.Speaking of gross, the place inside was extremely dirty. I now know why the spot was empty with no customers. Never again.Also, can I get a refund? No, seriously. It was that bad.
