Only this location doesn't take orders after 8pm and it says they close at 9pm. Called multiple different days to order for pickup and they picked up the phone just to say they are closed and cant make any more food or take orders and it wasn't even 8:30pm and they suggested I call Woodland hills location instead. Today i called at 8:10pm and they were closed again.

Everything was FRESH and FRESHLY- MADE, TASTY, and DELICIOUS at Sherman Oaks Kabob Village. Even the pita bread is made fresh from scratch. Nothing is pre-cooked, processed, or from packages. It was a bit of a wait (20 minutes), but it's worth having everything cooked while you are there. The spiced tea is freshly-brewed and wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a nice meal in such a small strip mall restaurant. It was my first time there but I am sure I will be back soon to try other dishes.

Parking: Parking in a strip mall with a lot of other restaurants and businesses depends on what time and day you are there.

I went to this restaurant for my first time to pick up Kabob. The beef kabob was burned on the outside and not fully cooked inside. The chicken kabob felt and tasted rubbery. I'm not sure if the ground chicken was diluted with something else before being cooked. The quality of food was low for the price they charge.I will not go there again.

I have had meals three times in two weeks in Sherman Oaks location. Hands down the best beef kabob in LA. Today I was very disappointed they ran out of Koobideh but the owner was kind enough to give me the last beef koobideh with chicken joojeh kabob as combo to make me happy. Unbelievably juicy and soft chicken. Tahdig with ghormeh was also great. Thank you for the great food. Highly recommended!

I received a menu in my mailbox and I was attracted to the lunchspecials. On my first visit yesterday I learned regarding ordering food at the counter and a self serve for the beverages. And I put a dollar in the tip jar. I was by myself. This bearded man help me get the iced tea. It was a little unusually how he put hot tea over ice in a plastic glass. So far so good with the plain decor. The tables and chairs were a little messed up.There was one other male customer with a little girl.Lunch special Chicken Kebob that I ordered came with a salad, rice, grilled tomato and pepper. The rice was okay but the salad looked a little wilted with to much salad dressing. Maybe the hot tea over ice is part of their culture? Maybe the little brownish dark green lettuce with oily dressing is part of their way of serving salad? I only received one piece of bread. The Chicken Kebob was a little dry. What I didn't like yesterday, Friday, is in the middle of my meal a chubby older man and a younger man came walking in the back door fast in the middle of lunch hours. One quickly walked and grabbed a plastic cup, got ice and dispensed a soda. Behind the counter he went. He looked at me while I'm eating, texting and massaging his sweaty head. Gross! The other man texting and kept the front of his body towards me. One raised is hand towards the ceiling A/C vent. So, I thought maybe a A/C repairman? I continued eating. There was a high powered portable fan blowing at high speed towards me.I continued eating and both dirty men one loaded with cologne to cover up his smell sat down in front of the fan and the other behind the fan. I was in the middle of my lunch. Both are texting with their cell phones somewhat pointing my way. And I'm eating. Finally they both left and didn't purchase any food and they didn't work on the A/C. It was a hot day.The cook that handles the cashier chores too didn't do anything to stop these two men from interfering with my afternoon lunch. Why would a restaurant allow this? I was dressed nice, clean and freshly shaved. It's a dirty corner block with lots of homeless close to the freeway and LA River, smoking shops, people willing to wash your windshield or car for a fee in the parking lot.Probably the solo bearded employee called the fat smelly man and other perfumed man for security reasons? Maybe he thought I was homeless? I was a gentleman when ordering the food. Also, their inside trash bin without a lid is about 45 degrees behind the fan. And their bathroom is 45 degrees behind their portable fan sucking the smell and blowing towards me and the kitchen! What a horrible experiences! That bearded man probably needs a mask over his beard before cooking? One good thing that his was wearing disposable gloves.I'm shopping at other locations away from these outdoor malls type areas. I'll spend monies at an upgraded modern restaurant. This restaurant is low key... ... !!!Maybe that bearded cook doesn't like American's that use English for a first language? Or maybe the three of them are looking for a scuffle, then lawsuit from a clean, stable man like me? They were pushing my buttons, all three of them. The bearded man, chief laughed when I mentioned to him that the two men that left smelled and over cologne all over me, my food and the kitchen.Disgusting!Shame on him!
