Why is the drive through on the opposite side of the car, it makes things so hard to reach. Definitely puts a damper on the experience.

Giving this place one star because they totally rip people off. I ordered an item that is supposed to be $9.99 according to the KFC website. This place charged me $13.99! And it wasn't a combo or anything, just one basic item (a Chizza). Total scam and very shady practice. Go to another location.

Over the years, KFC has become too expensive for our budget. We ordered the 12 piece leg and thigh meal, which comes with 3 sides. It was almost $50 for that dinner. That will be the last time we can afford that for a fast food meal. We will not go back anymore due to the prices.

Usually my go to place for chicken. Today, I ordered a bucket of original KFC bucket. It was tasted like they reused the oil for the 10th time. I hope this was a one time thing because my last 3 visits were fresh and tasty.

I've never seen such a disrespectful staff. I came to order and was refused access to the restroom. I was treated very poorly and discriminatory. Their chicken is soggy and no flavor too!

My family bought food from this location and we’ve never had an issue like this before. Me and my brothers woke up from food poisoning idk what was wrong with the food but honestly when I ate it, it was interesting…. I had their nuggets, Mac n cheese, and their biscuits. I know the food gave me food poisoning because that was all I ate. No point coming to this location if the food is terrible and will get you sick. If I can give this location a 0 I would.

So normally at this location the workers are nice and efficient. Not today!!! Had an coupon for an 8 piece meal with 2 side snd 4 biscuits. I ask for half crispy half original, the girl had to check to see if she could do half and half even though it said on coupon its ok to mix. So as she is throwing in the chicken I saw she put in 2 crispy wings but not a crispy breast. So I asked her to check but with attitude she said there is crispy breast on the bottom. So I paid for the food went to my car open the bucket and saw there was no crispy breast. I went back in she then got a new bucket put chicken from old bucket into new bucket mind you she is not happy and is tossing the chicken like it was a football. So I got home to 5 pieces of crispy and 3 original. 2 of the original was legs and one breast crispy chicken was 2 wings, 2 thighs, 1 breast. As you can see breading wS missing from woman throwing it into the bucket. If you hate your job do me a favor and quit because if I walk in there again and see this lady I will walk out. Don’t know her name was not a young person snd notice she was left handed. This was 11:30 am Tuesday nov 21 if anyone who owns the place cares.
