I love Kura. This location is awesome and easy to get to, and the staff is always friendly. Aerein was so nice, they helped us out tonight and even got me a prize ball when ours was not working. š„° Thank you Aerein!! As usual the food was delicious. I can't get enough of the crab leg and the Gooey Butter Cake.

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar Sherman Oaks is a fun spot. A conveyor belt meanders through the restaurant with an endless train of plates of sushi. Itās a fun experience.
The sushi selection and quality are OK, but less than at a traditional sushi restaurant.

I wish the quality of the fish and sushi was better because the concept is super cool and we love the robots / revolving sushi belt. Its fun and engaging for kids, but the fish and sushi itself could use some major quality improvement. Also, dessert options are not good. But overall, its a cool place to go and check out. Service and staff are really nice, but sometimes the wait is super long. Also - the prices add up fast and some of the choices are not good. The crab tasted frozen and thawed, I couldn't even eat it. Salmon was decent. Other dishes are hit and miss. I wish this place had better quality sushi and then we would be back a lot more.

Over an hour wait even after they were getting ready to close. The entire bar was empty seats and multiple empty tables, but they still said there was over an hour. Wait to sit down. Didnāt even get to sit down or eat.

It was my first time here at this location. After having a reservation, we had to wait an excessive additional half hour. That was the first issue.
Additionally, we had to wait over 10 minutes to get a refill on a drink. The food Porsches were smaller than II though. Our sever bringing i the wrong item. It was just not experience that I had the other location.
Additionally, I already paid for two dishes that were never credited on the bill. Unfortunately, I was hoping for a better experience

Not sure why people like this. Maybe the food use to be good. Surely, not anymore. Everything I had ranged from mediocre to bad. Yes, there is novelty. Yes, its on the cheaper side for sushi. But, when everything is fishy and mediocre, that is not enough of a draw for me.

From the first bite, I had a very enjoyable lunch here. The sushi rice has the perfect bounce and touch of vinegar. The salmon, scallops & mixed sashimi salad were on point. I also had the fortunate luck to have the Sweet Shrimp nigiri, which most restaurants in Bako do not offer, score! Staff are super friendly and accomodating. I look forward to more meals here.

Donāt come here . Called the resteraunt to see how long the wait was & the employee said 5-10 mins no need to put our names on list . Show up 5 mins after the phone call somehow the wait is 2 hours long and nobody can find anyone that took my phone call lol . What a joke of an establishment. Iāve been here multiple times and they donāt treat customers with respect and care but more like people with money . Entire front office should be fired especially the guy calling peoples names 17 times over and over when theyāre clearly not outside waiting . There were 30 people waiting outside yesterday and 20 people in the resteraunt , 10 of them being employees lmao. Donāt come here . 0 stars

Really amazing experience with the revolving sushi and the robots. So fun. Very reasonable for sushi. The food was good but a little bit of small portions. If you are near the end it is more difficult to get what you want because most of the guys is gone. If you reserve it is not a long wait.
