I have eaten at several Marmalade’s many times. There’s an ongoing issue when ordering food delivered with portions. I’ll attach a couple of photos and you tell me if you would pay $22 for these lobster tacos. They offered me a $7 coupon. They have done this on this dish to me three times it isn’t an accident.

I dont like the service of this restaurant, no one is attentive, i come in no one serve, and the lady waitress is not attentive at all, then i have to stand and look for server to order, didtn offer any glass of water i have to ask for it since they forgot. Bad service , The food was average, Calamari was ok a lil too salty, im expecting the mushroom soup to taste good but its kind a sweet which i dont really like it like that. The marmalade burger was average, no sauce, boring burger and pricey for its price. I will never comeback again.???

Had a meal with the family and I was not very impressed with this location.

It wasn't very clean. It was not very busy
There was one waitress at the time and service was lacking.

Restrooms were not good and located in a bad area of the restaurant

Overall I wouldn't go back to this location.
Their other location at the Grove is miles better.

I had a truly lovely lunch at Marmalade Cafe with visiting family members. The food and service was, as always, excellent. I love this charming restaurant. ( Wish parking was easier.)

i keep ordering delivery from here because my wife really likes
the grilled artichoke. Myself I'm pretty flexible so I'll keep trying different things. I don't know how many times it's been but once again I was/am extremely disappointed. I had a craving for fried crispy calamari and what I got was inedible. It was so soggy and chewy I tossed it right into the trash. I also ordered petrale sole and it came dried out and tasteless. Also right into the trash.
I don't remember the other items that I got in the past but also a total waste. The food wasn't worth even one star but you have to give at least one in order to post.

Good food but the service is horrible. Came here twice in the past two weeks. 1st time, we waited 5 min before being seated and 10 min before anyone acknowledged us and took our drink order. Another 15 min to come take our orders 2nd time we waited 15 minutes, were totally ignored, so we left.

I just came from a lumch at this Marmalade site (Sherman Oaks). The service from our waitress was SUPERB along with the waitress who served our food - VERY REFRESHING since many are rude and unfriendly, and with price hikes, SUPERB service was wonderful. However, I had a problem with the Groupon I purchased which the manager, Guillermo, was absoltuely COARSE AND IMPOLITE! I have purchased a Groupon for Marmalade before and in extreme fine print, it stated for "dinner" which I did not see. When my friends and I had lunch here, that manager honored my Groupon. What happened to making customers happy so they return? Today's Groupon clearly stated breakfast, lunch, dinner, and to-go orders. It listed Malibu and Calabassas as sites that may not accept the Groupon. It DID NOT list the Marmalade Sherman Oaks site until the code was opened! Guillermo is obviosly NOT knowledgeable in customer service or NOT knowledgeable on the functions of their system. He needs to be REPLACED! WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE RETURNING HERE AGAIN! With the numerous places to dine today, we will be taking our business elsewhere where customers are valued!
