✔️One of the worst places to eat in the mall food court.
Take it from people who have grown up with this food. Not the rest of these reviewers who do not understand what real kebabs taste like!
The beef is tasteless, flavorless, and isn’t cooked well. Tasted bad. I couldn’t finish it. Also overpriced!
Chicken was about the same - no difference.
They will give you a time as to when food is finished but when you come back they say 5, 10, or 15 min more. When you finally get your food it’s not cooked well. When you finally put it in your mouth and it’s game over!
This wasn’t the first time !
We were there recently and they had 9 employees just standing around doing nothing!

Doesn’t seem like anyone is working !
Who is operating the grill ?
If you want some delicious kebabs, go to a real stand-alone restaurant and support those businesses. They should be hiring people who know how to operate a grill and cook delicious food!
This location is not a kebab style venue nor original!

I should have know not to expect much from a mall kabob place, no matter how long the company has been around. Barg was dry and overcooked, chicken koobedeh was ok, and the salad shirazi lacked flavor. One of the girls working was not happy, maybe a bad day for her. No hello, thank you or even a smile.

$55 for two people was too high for below average kabob dishes.

What is this supposed to be? I’m honestly embarrassed to say I’m Persian and this is being served as our national food.

Persian food is known for balance, flavor, and craftsmanship. This plate shows none of that. If you’re going to serve Persian cuisine, at least respect it.

I have to say this is the best kabobs I tried me and my mom went to go eat massis yesterday and we fell in love even thought it was busy they manage to take out the food without waiting for a long time and my mom she doesn’t really know how to put reviews on google but she enjoyed it and we’re definitely coming back and for all the people saying it doesn’t taste good or waste of time idk what you guys problem because this hits the spot the rice the meat the ground beef the salmon and the chicken that we tried yesterday omg the best thanks massis team

The service was excellent and wonderful made me feel safe and comfortable. The staff members were really nice especially Andrea she really made my day she was so kind and sweet. The food was so delicious the ground beef had to be the highlight of my meal 100% would recommend.

I always love Massis but today the service was better than ever! There’s a girl helping me out by the name of Allison! She was so sweet to my little daughter and kept me updated about my order! Thanks so much Allison and the Massis team!
