The sushi chef, who is from Japan, takes great pride in his work, preparing amazing and fresh sushi. The fish is consistently described as fresh, delicious, buttery smooth, and of solid quality. Specific standout dishes include the Alaskan Roll, Crunch Roll, yuzu roll, Yuzu Kampachi, toro steak, Oh My Goodness Roll, and the I Love Salmon Roll.
