This McDonald's is severely understaffed. This is what happens when minimum wage is raised and instead of paying people a living wage, managers and McDonald's corporate offices hire a skeleton crew to run their stores. The staff looked overworked, tired, and not focused on what they were doing. I went to this McDonald's at 9 at night and the drive through wait was 30 minutes and I had only two cars in front of me. It's not the staff's fault and probably not even management's fault. This is what greed looks like and the customers and staff pay the price. Shame on you, McDonald's.

Can yall figure out the drive thru situation? I have never once gotten my food out of the window and have every time had to wait upwards of 20 minutes to have it brought out
This McDonald’s forces customers to pull up to parking spots instead of just giving your food at the window. They deliberately to make their own store look better when it’s actually worse for the customer. They wait till a bunch of orders stack up in the back before bringing them all out to the parked cars. This often means when you’re the first car in line you get a cold order because you had to wait for everyone else behind you. They are gaming corporate and trying to manipulate their order times or something. Something needs to be done. This shit is annoying

HORRIBLE!! We ordered drive through and when we came up to the window they asked us what we ordered? We told them and they made us wait 45 mins for a snack wrap and 2 cheeseburgers. We finally decided to go inside and I seen so many people disappointed with the service. Worse experience ever.
The food here is reliably good and service is generally fast, allowing for the huge number of mobile orders they seem to receive through their app and through Doordash, etc. The atmosphere has declined considerably since the recent change of ownership; the restaurant used to subscribe to Sirius radio, the Blend, and now it is stone silent. Whether they think so or not, music influences customers' feelings about their overall experience. Probably a false economy to cut it off.

I watched 5 employees gathered at the front talking while there was a solid 4 or 6 customers waiting for their order. They were so preoccupied with their conversations, they could care less. No manager in sight, no expiditer, just a bunch of employees having lunch time convos instead of doing their job. If I was the district manager I would give all these employees a write up, including the manager for not doing the managers job

Drive thru is slow in this branch
The worst McDonald’s in the history of McDonald’s. They work like turtles — you wait 20, sometimes even 30 minutes for your order. They act like they’re running a Michelin-star restaurant. No one ever told them this is supposed to be fast food — people don’t wait here, they’re supposed to get their order right away. If the founder of McDonald’s were alive to see this, he would’ve died on the spot.
The McDonald app is never worked at This location in the morning. And none of the employees would help you. Homeless in the restroom taking forever
