Took my daughter for a late night ice cream run. The frozen yogurt was good, lots of toppings available and it was reasonably-priced. The guys behind the counter offered great service as well.

I would give this munchies five stars if they weren’t always out of hot fudge at night. The servers are friendly but I suspect they close down the hot fudge early to cut down their closing work. I literally won’t go here at night anymore because every single time I go at night…. No hot fudge.

This place should be shut down by the health department. They refill their machines with spoiled yogurt (using leftover yogurt from days before; a fact explained to me by an employee). This is the third time I've taken home a quart for $20!!! to find it sour. Plus, the after school crowds from the school next door make it terribly unpleasant. (The parents are obnoxious, Not the kids!) Shame on the owner and on me for trying again.

I had a disappointing experience at Menchie's today that left a negative impression on me and my family. Upon entering the store, I approached the cashier, a red headed skinny guy with a goatee, and inquired about the availability of little cups to sample different flavors. However, instead of providing a polite response, the cashier became irate and began berating me in front of my young son, stating that the owner no longer allowed customers to sample flavors. To my surprise and dismay, the cashier then stormed off towards the back of the store, visibly upset, while using profanity and yelling. This sudden outburst not only made me uncomfortable but also frightened my three-year-old son. Feeling uneasy and concerned for my child's well-being, we promptly decided to leave the establishment. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by this particular cashier was disheartening. It was evident that he was unhappy working at Menchie's, and his negative attitude was clearly visible to customers. As a result, we opted to visit a nearby establishment that prioritized manners and provided a more pleasant experience. I mean it's just frozen yogurt!!!! I hope that Menchie's management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future.

This location is dirty. Unfortunately it's the closest to me.. the buffet of toppings specifically looks so unappealing and just not clean.. old fruit too.

I love Menchie's Sherman Oaks. I am always nicely greeted by either Marla, the owner or by the very nice people that work there including Bradley. The yogurt is fantastic and they have great condiments for the yogurt. It is always clean and inviting to eat there either inside or outside. I look forward to going again soon.

It's time to bring back sampler cups. Don't be using Covid as an excuse. Covid is over. How are we supposed to know what to get without tasting it first??

We've tried other yogurt spots in the area, but Menchie's is our favorite. It's cuter and has a more neighborhood feel than other spots. They have a limited run of flavors, but the taste of the yogurt is great, and being able to add your own toppings is a game-changer. Great way to beat the Valley heat!
They have great food/ frozen yogurt. There service is amazing. They have tons of flavors to choose from and all tastes good. With great ambiance also great seating. A indoor chalkboard for kids and a playroom. I really recommend if you want a good dessert.

I used to love this location... and by love, I mean, we ordered 3x week via Postmates. Well, we had a few bad experiences so we ordered less and after this last experience... we're done with this location.After 30+ orders, they became lazier and more disrespectful. The cups are sometimes only half full. Sometimes they don't notify you but send a completely different flavor because the one you order is out. I would prefer cancelling rather than giving me something random that I don't even like. We started downgrading from medium cups to small due to the issues. Welp... those also now come half full. It simply isn't worth it anymore. It bums me out to part ways with them (silly sounding, I know) but we would rather commit to a competitor nearby that values loyal customers.

It was super slow and quiet when I stopped by after running some errands in Sherman oaks. Thought I'd come in for a quick snack. The ambiance was quite chill (pun intended): I liked that it was slow, lol.The service staff was friendly, they have a nice frozen yogurt flavour selection (love the dole whip and the new lemonade flavour), and i was in and out of there in a New York minute!I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

I DO LOVE me some Menchie’s…But unfortunately the last time I was at this particular location, there were ants ALL over the soft serve machine.It was pretty bad…the trail of ants were intense. ???Hopefully they address this problem soon.
