OMG. A great seafood restaurant in Van Nuys! I've been around the Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks area most of my life and I would not have expected fish of this quality in mid Van Nuys. I passed by My Fish Stop on my way down Burbank Blvd and looked it up. The reviews were great so we tried it. The pan seared Cod and Red snapper were delicious with a light Cajun spice that was just right. A little bite but not too spicy. The fish was cooked perfectly. The Hush Puppies and Cole slaw...

I'm looking for a great fish fry place for when I don't want to drive passed my apartment to go to Fishbone which I love so much. Sherman Oaks is on the way home so looking for spot there. The menu looked awesome. Unfortunately, everything was kind of flavorless. Everything being grilled salmon (very oily), Mac n cheese and greens....
