I’ve never seen so many rude people in one place. One of the eggs in my food was clearly not fresh and spoiled. I tried to explain to them it didn’t look or smelled fresh and the manager looked at me in the face and said: “I don’t know what you want me to do”. Never offered to fix the problem. I politely said, don’t worry about it and gave her the plate back. She got all worked up and rudely answered: “I won’t “ and walked away with the plate that later was slammed against other dishes inside. I work in the restaurant business myself and I would never dare to be as rude to the customers like the 2 blonds in there were to me. If u are the owner be aware of ur servers killing your business! Have a nice day!

As someone who's a regular l can't stress enough how much l love this place. Everything starting from food and ending with the service and types of customers who come here is excellent. My favorite meals are Crêpe Suzette with orange liquor and mandarin slices and whipped cream, crêpe Parisian with Nutella, strawberries, and bananas and of course their famous avocado toast, which is the best l've tried in the valley. My daughter loves banana chocolate smoothie, which is both delicious and nutritious. I love sitting outside and enjoying morning sun on the weekend - that's the best start of my day.

I LOOOOVE THIS PLACE!! i feeel like im in a french movie when im there. im ADDICTED to the egg sandwhich and the rosemary chicken salad with extra aoili on the side. salivating just thinking about it. also their lattes are my favorite of all time. and ive never had my puppy MORE welcomed ANYWHERE. lana prepares fresh cucumbers for him and gives him so much love and its just the sweetest thing. i am grateful this place exists

I want to preface that the food here is good, it's just the service that really dulls the experience. It is a very nice cafe with great atmosphere but most tables are usually dirty and even when I sit down at a clean one the others that were dirty when I sat down are not cleared even after I am done eating. The staff seem just bored and disinterested in their job as well. When they drop the food off they just plop it down with a pretty loud clank of the plates and walk away as fast as they can, almost avoiding human interaction. The only reason I gave a 2 star review is because the food was good enough to bump it up. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I have been here multiple times over the years and I have seen these habits over and over. Hope others who visit have a better experience.
