Whomever the “manager” guy was today May 25, 2024 at Nespresso boutique is horrible at customer service. Ready to order $150 worth of coffee and he was so unprofessional, didn’t want to honor online offer that came with mugs. Said I should order online and wait two hours before he can have my order ready. I don’t get why people in service don’t understand that they’re there to serve you, not waste your time and be unprofessional. Don’t go to this store.Frankly he should be removed and replaced with the other helpful ladies that were there ready to help but he stopped them from fulfilling my order.Order online for ease and not having to deal with unfortunate people like himself. Wish I noted his name but he wasn’t important enough.

Miles is a huge asset to Nespresso, not only did he know, and have a deep education for the coffee beans, but he also provide an specific attention to detail and passion towards the company was refreshing. Listening to him talk about the sustainability efforts and how they are offering jobs to women was so inspiring. He deserves to be acknowledged and recognized for his energy and bright spirit. He made my day brighter. So glad I met him and thank you for having employees like him leading the team. I’ll certainly be back!

Bianca is the best!
The staff is not really helpful, you just got to know what you are buying. Staffs do not give you any guidance or recommendation even if you ask for it. They just hand the capsule menu, nothing else. This was my first visit to Nespresso Boutique, I would not go back to this one.
Fantastic experience, as always with the Nespresso stores , they have the best coffee and they have the best machines and they have the best customer service. The workers are really nice and smiling .I would highly recommend for people to go and buy their product it’s super good thank you
Came in yesterday for my regular purchase of Nespressso Coffee pods. the person who helped me was excellent. Even though she was in training, Gladus’ customer service was amazing to say the least. Without a doubt, the Nespresso staff in general is and has always been kind and most helpful when helping decide choosing the many flavors of coffee at Sherman Oaks.Jackie

Total waste of time. Went there to get some capsules. Quickly. I was in a rush. Entire store was empty. Two customers were at the nespresso bar. Four employees were on duty. Two of them standing around, doing nothing. Two of them chatting with the customers. It was not about buying or tasting. Just chatting. Asked for help, we just wanted capsules. No advice needed, nothing, just capsules. But nothing happened. We waited. Nothing happened. Store manager saw us, nodded, said she‘d be with us. Nothing happened. Two other employees were standing around, doing nothing. We asked for someone to sell us capsules, again, and were told we should wait. … hold on, four employees are unable to serve a total of three customers?! We left, decided to order capsules online and told them so. Store manager just said we were lucky, the day before customer line was even around the store. Well, that‘s no miracle to me, if they work like this, just chatting and rest of them staring into space - and, beside of this, is that an appropriate way to talk to your customer?! This is why people are ordering more and more online and avoid wasting time in stores. When you have plenty of time and are looking for a nice chat, go there.

I was shopping at the nespresso counter in Bloomingdales, Sherman Oaks and luckily Kamran was assisting me. He is very knowledgeable and introduced some new products to me that I was not familiar with. I love all the flavors that I purchased that day and most of all the customer service that I received. He is definitely one of the reasons that I will go back.
I would like to thank Kamran and Bianca, they are always very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, they would do their best so you leave their counter with a smile which would last for months, if you understand what I mean!?!?…. By having so many choices of coffees which would start your days sharp and motivated.Thank you both
Respect! First - I love everything about Nespresso! The quality, the service, the BEST COFFEE! I find the value in their price because it is just like wine - you can get one cheap and blah, or you can spend a bit more but truly indulge, especially if that's how you start your day! And may I point out - my personal preference is drinking my espresso BLACK! ...seriously, adding milk (hopefully not gallons), sugar, pineapple - how are you going to actually taste THE COFFEE?!Now! I've been mostly shopping at the Sherman Oaks store, and hands down their team is utmost personable, friendly, knowledgeable and PATIENT!!!! BIANCA is a freaking SUPERWOMAN! I cannot imagine what it takes to stay on your feet all day, serve non-stop complementary coffee, provide EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, and assuring the staff is doing the very same! Not to point out - all this during this insane, ongoing pandemic! Bianca, thank you so much for all your attention, patience, and irresistible PASSION that shows!
Update your hours!! Twice I came here and it was closed! Waste of time
These are the best! No clinking tags in the middle of the night, which means we don't ever remove their collars. Ever lost a dog with no collar? Not anymore. These tags and engraving last 10+ years. Our dogs have two tags, one with home info and one with summer cabin info. Happy repeat customer.
