Since I have diet restrictions, so I can only take the modified garden avocado sandwich without dairy. The staff at most branches are always helpful and accommodating, and the store at Sherman Oaks is the worst. Recently, the situation here escalated. When they violated the hygiene rules when making the sandwich, which we caught. Instead of apologizing or simply redoing it, the workers acted obnoxious, especially the supervisor Stephanie.

Dietary restrictions: The only Noah's Bagels Branch in L.A. area where the employees do not care about food intolerances.

Breakfast bagels a really good.

Bagels were so underbaked. Everything was pale white and spongy lame soft. Think Wonder bread?‍♀️? No crunchy crispy browned or even lightly browned crust. VERY different from any other Noah’s I’ve had in CA, MI, and NY states. If I’m gonna binge on this much carb, it better be magnificent!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I've ordered through their mobile app and 2x they said my order didn't go through when clearly it charged my credit card. I went to pick it up they said I didn't place an order. The app doesn't email you confirmation nor does it give a confirmation besides its charged your card nnyb order ahead no conformation number no nothing but charged my card. I get there they said no online order has come thru even though I am showing them my order. I will dispute the transaction and will never order from noahs again. The customer service sucks and the workers don't care. They keep asking show the order you show it they say no order came through. This is the second time they're doing this. Never returning horrible. I don't recommend anyone to go there.
