We love this restaurant! Our server, Ana, was phenomenal — she went above and beyond to make sure we ordered dishes that perfectly matched our preferences.
They have a beautiful wine selection; we tried the Lambrusco and the Buca Juice, both of which were excellent. The entire experience felt thoughtful, warm, and delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The food doesn’t taste bad, but it’s very greasy! Portions are extremely small and the prices are extremely steep. No options for people who have restrictions or dietary needs. Wouldn’t go back!

This place doesn't want people of color dining here, but they don't say that on the website or the door, which would have been helpful. Even with a reservation we couldn't get seated and they sat everyone else but us.

I had a fantastic experience at Osteria La Buca. The standout of the night was definitely the bacon and honey pizza—a perfect balance of sweet and savory that kept me going back for slice after slice. While they didn’t have ranch dressing, the server recommended an anchovy and vinaigrette sauce instead, and it ended up being the perfect complement to the pizza—tangy, salty, and unexpectedly delicious.
The broccolini was another highlight, cooked perfectly with great flavor and texture. On top of the food, the service was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without ever feeling overbearing.
Overall, Osteria La Buca exceeded expectations. Between the unique flavors, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back.

Came and it's cute but extremely loud. Food was great but man the portion sizes are small. I was glad i ate a few tings before I came. Again food tastes great but it's more like a snack.

Thank you to the amazing staff that accommodated my party of 5 on a busy Saturday night! I mistakenly made the reservation for the following day. I believe the manager or owner was the one who was able to get us a table in a pinch. It was incredibly nice of him. The food was delicious, all of our fresh made pasta dishes were excellent. Our waitress was very attentive, even in a fully packed restaurant.. very impressive! We had a lovely time, the ambiance was great and we all loved the open kitchen view. All in all I was very pleased with my experience here from beginning to end. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends

First timer here. The food was excellent, but service was slow. However, we did have a large party. I personally enjoyed the burrata with stone fruit, aleppo & sumac spice, white balsamic, opal basil, and mint. And the sweet corn & crab ravioli, corn butter sauce, jumbo crab, scallion and chili oil. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again, but most likely takeout.

It was our first and last time at this restaurant. We’ve been a party of 5 - no reservation, but we got seated fast. The waitress seemed stressed.
We ordered 2x Carbonara, 2 pizza & one special request lunch, since my husband did not find anything on the menu. He asked for the side steak and the Brussels sprouts (plain, no parmesan!). We asked the waitress if the steak and the Brussels sprouts can be put on one plate together and she said: “THAT’S NOT GONNA HAPPEN.” ??? Sorry but why and why answer like that.
When the food arrived my friend and I saw a whole egg inside the carbonara. As Europeans which grew up in Italy we’ve never seen that. The waitress answer was: “it’s carbonara. That’s how we do it.” Okay, but it’s not carbonara then. Also the noodles were completely undercooked. “Al dente” is something else.
Also my husbands food was a complete mess and it quickly escalated between the waitress with her mood anyways and my husband. Obviously the owner was sitting at the bar the whole time (without helping his stressed stuff at no time) and started a fight with my husband AND KICKED US OUT. I understand that he felt insecure because we didn’t like the food and the service was very bad. But that was an embarrassing behavior.

One of my favorite spots in the valley to wine and dine with close friends. The artichoke apps are killer and their limited edition stocked wine selection is one of LA’s finest. Can’t wait to go back!

We sat outside right next to two loud chatty people. The waiter brought the wrong dish and suddenly the manager showed up and asked if we touched the food I said yes ( which was weird ) then they brought the food. It was meh nothing special. Very buttery/creamy and the bread didn't come with any oil or vinegar.
