When food trucks were my only option, I was grateful to have a healthier option available by way of Pacifico Charbroiled Fish. I can't say that I've really bought into the appeal of food trucks, but this one wasn't too bad. And the folks running it were friendly and kept things moving. If ever I were to visit again, I will need to remember to request lower sodium.

I came across this food truck at dumpling and beer fest-- I initially wanted dumplings, but the lines were insanely long for every dumpling truck. I opted for this due to a last resort type of thing but boy was it a blessing in disguise. The fish taco was one of the best I've EVER had. The sauce on them was especially phenomenal. I also got the grilled swai bowl w/grilled veggies & cilantro lime rice and it was a 10/10. Fish was perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. Grilled veggies were comprised of zuchinni, squash, bell peppers, asparagus and CORN... mmmmmmm. Friggin delish. Rice was wonderful as well. Worker was incredibly warm & friendly. 100/10

While the SFF website wasn't able to offer real-time updates to the trucks or the customers (e.g., the protein I'd ordered that morning wasn't available when they arrived) the owner both apologized and quickly offered to substitute (normally up-charged) salmon gratis. Hard working, personable operator and cooks making tasty tacos, plates, and bowls at fair prices (considering still high fuel costs and new normal inflation).

Ordered from their food truck. Never again. 45 min after ordering they told me they ran out of the main ingredient for all my three dishes. Offering to replace with chicken. The guys were working hard but didn't come prepared for the event they were serving. UPDATE: the food was good, in spite of it being not what I ordered. Adding 1 star for that.

All in all, great food truck. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 was because I've had better ahi tuna from a flavor standpoint. Service was on point with the timeliness and the guy who ran the show was a beaut. Order: Seared Ahi Tuna Plate and Fish and Chips Fried. Fish & Chips: Everything about this plate was spectacular from the freshness and sauce on the coleslaw, the hot and salted fries, the charred garlic toast, and last but certainly not least the perfectly battered fish. Outstanding order and I highly recommend Seared Ahi Tuna: The first word that comes to mind is FRESH. The tuna just melted in my mouth every bite, the salad with the chipotle sauce was a great addition along with the bed of rice at the bottom that was surprisingly tasty.

HOLY WOW!!! First off the customer service was amazing!!! The ahi tuna bowl was full of flavor all the way from the ahi tuna itself which was perfectly charred, to the super salad with an amazing chipotle sauce, and the cilantro rice. The fish and chips had the perfect batter, so light and crispy. The fries, coleslaw, and the perfect garlic toast all had amazing flavor!

Still thinking about this fish...flavor of the fish and chips were spot on. The chipotle sauce that came with it was delicious also. This is a generous portion, for a reasonable price. Super happy with my choice, was deciding between these or tacos. Staff was friendly as well. Definitely tastes way better than the fish and chips from chain restaurants!

Very impressed with the quality of food and the flavor. I ordered the seared ahi ahi and flautas. The shredded chicken and shrimp were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the seared ahi ahi looked amazing (delivered to my dad so don't know how it tasted). The sauce for the flautas was yummy, and the shell was still crunchy and not bland likeI would have expected from trying other tortilla wrapped foods like tortillas. Highly recommended!

Pacifico knows how to cook their fish! I have been fed from their food truck that comes to UCLA occasionally, and I ordered the Salmon Bowl (with Garlic Noodles). There is SO much flavor and excitement in that single bowl of salmon. It was similar to a dish you'd order from a fancy restaurant that is high-quality and trustworthy. The garlic noodles burst with garlic flavors as they are supposed to, and the salmon was nicely charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. I am honestly in awe of how well they perfect their cooking. One downside is that the garlic noodles are overly buttery and creamy.
Wife and I showed up here (at the Van Nuys address listed on Yelp) during regular business hours and they were not there. Have tried calling them several times on different occasions and phone goes straight to voicemail. No clarity on where and how to eat from this place. Disappointed as I live locally and would frequent them if I knew when and where they operate. To Pacifico, please let me know when and where to find you guys so we can patronize your business, and I'll be happy to leave an updated review!

Loved their food! Very delish, fresh, and piping hot. I ate at their food truck when they were in Culver City. Food came out fairly fast, friendly service, and healthy too. A can't miss! I got their shrimp and salmon plate which came with rice and veggies and even the veggies were bomb! It also came with a piece of bread. Would def eat here again!

I tried the seared ahi tuna with vegetables and green salad as the sides and oh my goodness. It was so delicious and healthy! The tuna was seared to perfection and seasoned perfectly too! The vegetables were also amazing and a good sized portion! I will definitely be ordering the same! All their food looks good but if you love tuna try this one, it's definitely a good portion of tuna! The chipotle dressing they gave me was also perfect for the green salad snd to drizzle on the tuna.
