Food quality is horrible in this mall . they’re soft drink never taste like that. I bought two Coca-Cola and one of them taste like pure Dr. pepper and the other one tasted just like pure water. I would definitely suggest trying another location I would never buy from them again.

Fried rice burnt, noodle from chow mein missing... What else can i say??This was for my 4 yr daughter, and ask for white rice, told me $5.04 for a small(one size) white rice...Smh

As usual Panda Express at the Fashion Square failed to serve us okay food , this location as any other mall's location sucks big time , we arrived around 8:20 pm not even closing time yet and they did not have rice and the chow mein according to the girl attending this place told us we will have to wait for about 15 min. For a freshly made chowmein, so we waited and when she served us the meal chowmein wasn't even hot like it was already made and they were just heating it , bland as usual, dry , total failure just like the Topanga Mall Panda Express...my wife and l not eating there anymore !!

Al right lets get after it Keeping it Real as always! The food is very sugary placed under heat lamps in metal containers. Not a large menu like in a sit down chinese restaurant, portions very small, it's pricey considering what they serve and their quality! Your better off at the Healthy Walk in Encino on Ventura Blvd. a lot more options, not every dish is full of sugar, much larger portions. Again Panda Express in pricey for fast food chinese! For what they charge you can go to a sit down chinese restaurant be served by a waiter, with better food, larger portions for around the same price. Ask yourself Yelpers have you ever had better chinese food?? Remember their people that think Mc Donalds has the best burgers in the world, taste and quality and they there ranked on the bottom!! Just keeping It Real!

You can't go wrong with pandas food it's almost a cuisine but I do find it odd that they don't serve the same kung pao chicken at every location. The restaurant in Pico Rivera off Whittier blvd only put peanuts in it every other doesn't. But still food is always hot & fresh very delicious.

Had a long wait for my items. It was a Saturday, but there weren't many customers. My main complaint is, we came here for the Beyond Chicken, and the store discontinued the product at this location. I won't return. The Panda on Burbank/Van Nuys is better.

Considering I've been to this location at the mall for the past 10 years, today was by far the worse! I ordered the family meal via online and put all extras on there for example sauces, plates and cutlery. After making sure sauces and plates were going to be packaged up this attached pic is what I got. Family meal which feeds up to 6 people in my house. The girl working also kept dropping the food out of the bag. Was it so hard to place it in two bags instead of trying to cram everything in one? Mind you it was 11:30 and the lunch rush wasn't taking place. What happened to the plates???

On 12/17/22, at about 1 pm, my daughter, her three children, and myself, stopped at this Panda Express, for lunch.I ordered orange chicken and broccoli beef, with fried rice. I have not been to a panda express in quite a long time. I immediately noticed the taste of the broccoli beef that tasted strongly like plastic. This tells me the food had been stored in non-food grade plastic containers, probably for a period of time, or it was leftovers from another day. The fried rice was dry. I probably will not eat at a Panda Express in the future.

I always get bubble guts when I eat here.
Used to be better. Maybe the covid rules have changed things.
Not all Panda Express are equal, but this one is good service is good and food is good no disappointments thank you Pandas
