Stumbled upon Paradis after having lunch at Crave and I am so glad we did! The whole family absolutely loved the ice cream! My wife loved the Banana Sundae, but the coffee chip was my absolute favorite.Super fun atmosphere with lots of games, we played jenga and the kids loved it!Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

How and why in the world does this place have so many good reviews? Are they buying the reviews or incentivizing good reviews? I don't know, but In my opinion, it feels like they are. The ice cream is TERRIBLE! It tastes heavily watered down with very little flavor or cream. Additionally, the staff is apathetic and barely care to take care of the customers. They then get annoyed after examining your receipt to find that you didn't tip them for lousy service. Word of advice, A TIP IS EARNED FOR GOOD SERVICE. You are not entitled to anything! Do a good job and MAYBE you'll be deserving of a tip!

I'm pretty sure these 5 star reviews are fake. Their ice cream has the consistency and taste of Breyers -the grocery store tub ice cream my folks used to buy when we couldn't afford better. Plus the portions here are minuscule. You're better off going to the Salt N Straw in Studio City or Afters (which is walking distance on Van Nuys Blvd.)

I come here for the oreo, oat milk milkshake, and really like that is not so overly sweet.

Nice ice cream spot on Ventura blvd, walking distance from many restaurants! they let us sample few different flavors and were flexible with the flavors and scoops. A small will get you two flavors, but you can get a kids size for one. I got the coffee and hazelnut and my friend got the taro, both were pretty good!

What can I not say about paradis!? One of the best ice cream parlors around. Literally any location. The staff at this location went over and beyond and gave us all the samples and served us BIIIIG scoops. I usually get their milkshakes but had to get some cookie butter ice cream on a waffle cone!
