If you are searching for bland Chinese food, look no further. Surprisingly, the service is slow due to the long lines of unsuspecting customers. The franchise is located in the mall, so expect a loud ambiance. The food is under seasoned. I got rice with honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and beef with broccoli. There are other food options in the area; don't throw your money away on this one.

Fantastic Customer Service here~5/5~staff was fast and super friendly. I wished they had more of the Panda plushes for sale, but they ran out. I stopped by here because I needed to borrow the restroom, because Tamashii Ramen House, Sherman Oaks, CA., down the street wasn't open or across the street, since they closed early due to the return of the current LA storm earlier tonight on 02/07/24. Restaurant Ambiance~5/5~all the wall paintings appeared seemingly fitting to me, and I took time to take pics of all their wall decorations. Overall restaurant appearance turned out extremely neat and clean upon first glances into the door. Food~I ordered just a mini bowl of Chow Mein with Kung Pao Chicken. Much to my surprise, Kung Pao Chicken here wasn't That spicy. I was able to handle the spice from this dish. Chow Mein noodle pieces were extremely tasty. You Got me here upon Hello. I'll return soon.

On the evening of December 26, 2023, I experienced food poisoning after dinner at pand-. Unfortunately, the meal left me feeling extremely sick. The symptoms were severe and persisted. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and the impact it had on my health. I strongly advise caution when considering dining at this establishment. It's crucial for restaurants to prioritize food safety to prevent such unpleasant experiences. Hi my Yelpers Lets get Real, and Keep it Real I was in the Fashion Plaza Westfield today in Sherman Oaks. I stopped their for lunch well I should have known!! I dine out everyday. This is overpriced Chinese Food kept in trays under heat lamps. Its greasy, just plain terrible. I usually eat at the Encino Walk at Ventura Blvd, and Petit in Encino 5 star for food!!! I pulled into my garage after eating at Panda Express, almost didn't make it to the bathroom, well three imodium later, with a bad stomach ache, Never again!! No more Panda Express!! Garbage!!! Just Keeping It Real always!!

This Panda Express totally screwed up my order, delivering bowls instead of full plates, plates which were PAID for. When I called, there was no apology and no offer of a refund, they instead told me I could "come by anytime and get a free plate". No money back, no offer to make things right, just "come on by sometime for a free plate". Absolutely unacceptable even by Panda's lax standards.

Awesome food and staff. Store is clean. I arrived right before closing and still got a new batch of chow mein, broccoli beef, and orange chicken. This says a lot about their love and care! Best tasting broccoli beef I have had so far from visiting other PE stores. Thanks :)

Panda has added two new items to the menu. I asked the employee to give me a sample before buying it but she didn't accept it. I've never had that experience at other Panda Express. Management noticed the employee and asked me to try it,l. Although I did not accept, But thank her for managing there well.

Out of orange chicken, string bean chicken and ....WHITE RICE ! That is like the sun running out of light or the the ocean running out of water. Unbelievable. After 10 minutes the supplies of each were replenished. Gotta keep the trains running on time people

Worst customer service. I talked to the manager Maria. I'm pregnant. My back is killing me. My feet are killing me. I'm sleep deprived they got my order wrong, and she wouldn't refund just the egg rolls because they didn't give me the sauce for the egg rolls. They said I had to be there in person, and i'm too tired and sore to walk back there. She gave me no other alternative methods like a credit towards next time a gift card. I will never be going back there and do not go to a business that treats pregnant women like trash.
Orange chicken, drop the mic! My daughter loves the walnut shrimp. I get half chow mein and half rice, orange chicken, and something else - kung pao, black pepper chicken or whatever. Delicious and affordable

Good selection of pseudo-Chinese food, but tasty and cheap. The portions are reasonable and they have a good selection. I tried the "plant base" orange chicken, which was good, but lack sauce to make it comparable with the regular orange chicken.

There is one short old lady. She is so rude. Doesn't know what is she doing.also this place running out of food and they don't refill. Whoever is the owner should be aware of that

They got the sweetest people working here! And everyone always looks like they're working on something- restocking and running fresh stuff out, they are like little bees making honey..walnut shrimp. Anyway, I don't come here a lot, but I highly recommend this location right on Ventura Blvd for your Chinese food fix. It tastes just as good if not better than higher end Chinese spots. It's fast and friendly. There was a problem with my order once. I called, spoke to a sweet gal, told me she would mark my name and to come back in with my receipt when I wanted them to replace the meal. I did just that about a week later and they helped me out, no problem! Turned something that I was originally annoyed about into something that I was thankful for. Really glad customer service is alive and well at this Panda Express! Oh oh oh! And the Cream cheese rangoons are soooo good!!! Flavorful and delish!
