I've heard rave reviews about Petit Trois and could not wait to try. Maybe the kitchen was unusually busy, but the burger my son ordered was cold on one side because it was still raw. In fairness, they do serve it medium rare and I have no doubt the beef was fresh, as they serve beef tartare. We would have liked a heads up though. Took forever for someone to acknowledge us when we arrived so we could claim our reservation. We stood there by the hostess stand for about 10 minutes before anyone made eye contact and took our names, which was awkward. The food and ambience was great, our server was lovely and knowledgeable.
