It is unfortunate that the owner or manager allows frozen or reheated food to be usedWe ordered some garnachas and they tasted bad. Frozen tortilla and meat without any seasoning, just oil. We ordered a certain grilled Puyazo and I don't understand what a piece of bread with meat does, isn't the owner Guatemalan? Sir.. the chapín eats the meat with a delicious chirmol and handmade tortillas. They served some plantains that were clearly visible even though they were from days ago. That place is frequented by women who know how to cook and they go to that place taking it as a moment of rest and they are tremendously disappointed, becoming an offense to Guatemalan foodThis is constructive criticism and I hope it is considered for the good of those who try to remember the flavors of their country.

I had the good pleasure to dine in at this restaurant. Let me tell you the service was amazing... if you're in the area I recommend you take your family and friends. The server Daniel was amazing. He made my experience that awesome. From the small details of introducing him self with his name to bringing drinks constantly. What an amazing experience. Thank you Daniel and Puchica for a memorable experience

Great place, delicious food! Family friendly. My waiter was this one dude with green eyes, he was super friendly and made us feel like home! We tried a little bit of everything! The caldo de gallina was lit!

The truth is, it was a terrible experience. We went for the first time with my husband. The cup I was drinking coffee in was poorly washed, but not only that, the service is terrible. We asked for milk for our coffee and it never arrived for a restaurant. It's embarrassing. I don't know. Maybe it wasn't our day. Unfortunately we did not notice taking photos. Good luck

This isn’t the first time I have tried this place but it’s the first time my wife and I were able to sit down and eat. It was a holiday and the dining room was slow. We saw one girl running the entire floor and one or maybe two people in the kitchen.Needless to say the food wasn’t fast but the service was friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing! We started with an order of garnachas. They were perfectly fried and came with pickled cabbage and grilled chile. They are mini tortillas fried and topped with meat. For my entrée, I went with the carne adobada. It was tender and flavorful and, with the homemade tortillas, it was perfect. My wife went with the bistec encebollado which was also very tender and packed with flavor. All in all, we will be back!

First of all, do not ask what Puchica means. There is a satisfactory definition painted on the wall. Let's call it a friendly slang.Service was excellent, food was great and the seafood was delicious. A very good first experience at a Guatemalan restaurant.

Food 5 out of 10 Service 5 out of 10 Not that good for the prices, the taste is ok, yes food tasted fresh, but not worth the drive from far away. .. I just happen to be in the neighborhood... El error es meterle comida salvadoreña y mexicana, ahí se pierde lo auténtico.

The food is not that bad, but the staff is the worst, we are waiting more than 30 minutes at the entrance and no one comes to serve us, I ask them if I can sit at the bar to have a beer and I can't do it either, very bad , but there was no way they had to be
