QWENCH juice bar

We stopped in for a quick breakfast. We ordered everything 3 açaí bowls, a yogurt maca bowl and a smoothie. After a few minutes a guy comes in (manager I assume), talk to the lone employee, then leaves. The employee then tells us they have no açaí so he’ll have to refund us for the bowls and we’ll have to order something else. Then he says they’re also out of yogurt and the maca bowl will be refunded. So out of our order they could only make 1/5. We were in a rush and didn’t have time to look for another location so we had to order whatever they had available. Really disappointed that the manager didn’t take the heat and tell all of the customers that they were out of products, making the employee do it. Poor management. The PB&H, N smoothie, and Superhero were good.

Sign on door says open till 9pm on Saturdays. I show up at 8:43pm and the door is locked. There's a guy inside cleaning and he eventually sees me but doesn't bother to open the door and explain anything - just gives me a "slash neck" sign that they're closed already. Terribly run business.

Prices are outrageous.. $14 for a plain celery juice I couldn’t believe it. There are plenty of juice places that are much more reasonable than this, it’s laughable.

Agree with the other user, prices have gone up twice over the last couple months. Smoothies are cool - sometimes watered down but they don’t reflect the cost they’re charging.

Yo so the guy who is there everyday I believe his name is Javier, he’s a rockstar, great energy, remembers regulars and their orders. Makes you feel noticed.

This place used to be good. Prices keeps going up , but it’s sort of normal nowadays … what’s upsetting is that the smoothies feel very watered down. I’d be ok to pay what they ask if it wasn’t that the flavor isn’t as good as it used to be…

Tasty and health shakes with great atmosphere and beautiful store settings.

Long story short now day we allowed the system to poisent Us in all the way,but I come here to get a juice,and I see the manager,juicing fruit with label and all the fruit look like not even wash,I Don t support this kind of business,cause like someone used to say,if you don t defend the rules no one does,so boycott is the key to bring professionalism in a business

Very bad customer service. I ordered a "clean green" juice and I asked the lady to add ginger. They charge me extra to add ginger and I asked the lady twice if she added ginger and during the preperation I saw that they did not add ginger. The lady saw the preparation process and she knew they did not add ginger but told me yes anyways. The juice was also very watery without flavor. The lady is very dishonest. I do not recommend this place and I will not come back here.

LOL, I have this place on speed dial! When I'm out and about and heading home, I call in and swing by and pick it up. Super fast and easy and all of the juices and bowls are great!

Almost on the pricey side but great quality and service. I keep going back.

I love how clean and organized this place looks! The employees are so welcoming. I’m a huge Qwench fan.

The friendliest, most accommodating staff! One of my favorites during a work trip to Sherman Oaks. I even forgot my credit card and they let me pay for it later over the phone. Would recommend over any other juice/smoothie/açaí spots in town!!
