Wow! First time visiting Quench and immediately felt welcomed. The girl working was super friendly and answered all my questions. I ordered a yummy Avocado Protein shake!! Definitely will be coming back to try out other ones!

Great ambience. Smoothies was amazing. I wasn't as keen on the juice that's why the 4 stars. Honestly wasn't really feeling the juice. I custom ordered it, and for some weird reason it still lacked flavor. For a root veggie juice, that's either some really weak veggie supplier or maybe the juice had been a bit stale? Not sure but either way I loved my custom smoothie. Was exactly what I needed. Especially when you're a single mom on the run trying to get to the school pickup line before all the PTA moms get there lol!
Long story short now day we allowed the system to poisent Us in all the way,but I come here to get a juice,and I see the manager,juicing fruit with label and all the fruit look like not even wash,I Don t support this kind of business,cause like someone used to say,if you don t defend the rules no one does,so boycott is the key to bring professionalism in a business

I have so many for Qwench Juice Bar Sherman Oaks, the first two being THANK YOU, the next being I appreciate you so much.If there's one thing I am, it's a woman and Mother of integrity. It's a core value of mine and one of the first things I look for in others. For this reason I've refrained myself from leaving a review for Qwench the past 4+ years because my son held a job here. I never wanted anyone to think my review was skewed.He's now had his final day and I can say Run to Qwench (ok I'm a runner, you can jog, walk, bike, skip, hop, jump, skate, uber, scooter, bird whatever form or transportation you wish - hell even Uber Eats, Doordash it, whatevs) as fast and often as you can!This is a small business in our community that I am in complete awe of. Not only is the quality of product and service 5 STAR, I have a deep appreciation for the business owners and management that keep the lights on here. I've witnessed how they've run business through some of the wildest years of most of our lives. They never shut their doors to customers throughout the entire pandemic. They kept their staff employed and healthy for years to support their customers and our community.My son worked here for over 4 years and they treated him with the utmost kindness and respect. He was a high school athlete and they never had an issue with his scheduling. He put himself through college and does not have a single cent of college debt. Thank you FAFSA AND Qwench! He was on Dean's List every single semester of college, graduating with a very nice Summa C** Laude distinction on his diploma. While this has everything to do with his work ethic and study habits, Qwench stood behind him, his class schedule and studies all the years of being a student. Even while he held a second job (internship) with LAPD Pals program he would not relinquish his role here. He was dedicated to their success and honestly loved it here.My son valued his job and often described how "healthy" of an environment it was and that was crucial to his success as a young boy growing into a young man. He signed a contract for his Big Boy ;) job 3 days before his college graduation and knew he'd have to put in notice. I rarely if ever have heard my son express being sad about anything, leaving here made him sad.I'll say if I'm going to spend my hard earned dollars, I would love to know I'm spending them at a small business that is run with so much love, respect and dedication to fueling customers with the best of the best and being good to their staff.I can now say, I know first hand (ok, maybe second hand ;) but from a very reliable first hand source that everything behind this business is 5 STAR.Some of my favorite items are the the wellness shots, smoothies and avocado toast.You can trust you are in good hands here. If you live in the area, I highly recommend them. There's something incredibly rewarding about knowing you are not only receiving a high quality product, but that you're simultaneously supporting one of - if not the BEST small minority owned business in Sherman Oaks. Private parking lot out front.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a "clean green" juice and I asked the lady to add ginger. They charge me extra to add ginger and I asked the lady twice if she added ginger and during the preperation I saw that they did not add ginger. The lady saw the preparation process and she knew they did not add ginger but told me yes anyways. The juice was also very watery without flavor. The lady is very dishonest. I do not recommend this place and I will not come back here.

LOL, I have this place on speed dial! When I'm out and about and heading home, I call in and swing by and pick it up. Super fast and easy and all of the juices and bowls are great!
