The best food and service! when showing up too early and attempting to go somewhere else, we decided to return and wait till it opened as nothing Within within a 10 mile radius compares.

Rumi is probably my favorite cafe in the valley. Shane, the owner, is such a cool and nice guy. Be sure to try it. I'd recommend the Tiger eye coffee, English breakfast, chicken bacon wrap, chicken sandwich and their seasoned fries. Their soups are quite good as well.

Came here actually by accident and it was wonderful. The owner is nice and attentive and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the beef kabob plate. It’s small and quaint and lovely. The outside has a nice atmosphere. It’s nothing fancy by any means but if you want food that taste like it was made with love- then I recommend it.

Best hole in the wall mediterranean joint I’ve had in awhile. The owner is Persian and a huge majority of food is home made style cooking. Absolutely incredible flavor. The falafel salad was very well prepared and the hummus is some of the best hummus I’ve had since my moms cooking. Highly recommend coming and trying this place.

The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because the new owner changed the best thing on the menu. Heaven juice or water, was the reason I went to this place, I was devastated when I got the new version. I will not return until the recipe is the original. Please consider changing it back or I will pay you for the original recipe, seriously cash money!

The baby lamb chops were delicious, with the side salad and crispy rice. The tortilla for the wrap was homemade for sure. Great food tucked away on a quiet side street. Very nice.

Very good. Veggie roll apswere nice, Lentil soup was incredible, penne pasta was wonderful, kabobs too. And don't sleep on the burger either.

Named after the famous Persian poet - Rumi - this cafe is a gorgeous, peaceful spot with the most flavorful, clean, cooked with love food. Hookah available too. Shahrooz, the owner, is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. This spot is a true gem. Stop by and support Iranian businesses!

Great little place just off Ventura Boulevard. Pleasant outdoor seating with heat lamps, cover overhead, and Bougainvillea making a wall along the street. They have a number of vegan and vegetarian options. We enjoyed the vegan Bolognese and our kids enjoyed penne with tomato sauce. The falafel wrap and seasoned fries were also good. Everyone working there was kind and helpful.

A little cafe tucked away off Ventura Blvd. The food was very nice and my dinner companion agreed. It is a little more expensive than some but that is made up for by the quality of the food. It seemed popular but not busy at the lunchtime we were there. I would definitely eat there again.

The Rumi salad was great. They have an outdoor patio covered in bougainvilla and there are ceiling fans so it felt comfortable even in Summer heat. The service was very friendly and fast. I will definitely be back.

This place is an undeniable hidden gem in Sherman Oaks. Neatly tucked away and just off the boulevard, the patio is surrounded by lots of greenery - and the food tastes like a million bucks. Best Hashbrowns in the game. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options are vast and delicious. The cook is amazing and the flavors are simply on point. Even the owner is a delightful gentleman. 5 stars and beyond !
