I placed an order at 1 p.m., with delayed receipt at 2:12 a.m., the order arrived in person and is still not ready. The staff doesn 't care at all about customers who place orders online , as well as for delivery workers in general , why connect online services if you ignore them and can 't cope with the task 🤷you could have delivered less if there was a rating of -5 , I would have set it now at 2:30 a.m. the order is still missing and is not even scheduled

Food: Shiraz Restaurant in Sherman Oaks has been my go-to spot for fine Persian cuisine for over a decade! The food is always top quality, fresh, and reasonably priced. The meat and chicken are always tender and juicy, and every dish is full of authentic flavor and made with care.
Atmosphere: The restaurant is absolutely beautiful — from the stunning iron arched doors that open to a charming patio filled with greenery and a lovely fountain, to the elegant paintings that decorate every wall. Inside, there’s a private area for special events as well as a cozy sections for casual dining. It’s warm, inviting, and full of character every time you visit.
Service: What truly makes Shiraz shine is the incredible staff — especially Cari! She always goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience or event is exactly what you envision. The food was great—I really enjoyed the fresh cucumber salad and the flavorful meat. However, the desserts were a big disappointment. They tasted exactly like they came from a box, not freshly made. I think the restaurant should be upfront with customers about this.
I ordered from Shiraz and was blown away by the quality, portion size, and flavor. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and neatly packaged. The koobideh was tender and juicy, the rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked, and the side of tahdig was still crispy even after delivery—which is rare!
You can tell they care about the food and the presentation, even for takeout. They didn’t skimp on anything—huge portions, delicious flavor, and everything tasted homemade. Easily two meals’ worth of food for the price of one.
If you’re craving Persian food and want something reliable, filling, and delicious, Shiraz should be your first choice. Definitely my new go-to for delivery.
