All I can say is when your the best your the best an that's what they are THE BEST
My wife and I have dined in at Shiraz Restaurant many times with both family and friends, and we’ve also catered family-style from them on several occasions. Every single time, Reza has gone above and beyond to treat us with kindness and exceptional service. The food is always fresh, high-quality, and incredibly flavorful.
Whenever we’ve catered from Shiraz, our guests consistently rave about how delicious everything is. From the Kabob Barg, Beef Koobideh, and Joojeh Kabob (Boneless Chicken) to the Tadig, White Fish, Fesenjoon, Noon Panir Sabzi, Mast-o-Moosir, and Mast-o-Khiar — every dish is made with care and authenticity.
We’ve ordered from many restaurants across California, and we’re so grateful to have Shiraz right here near us. Every catering order has been perfectly timed and ready for pick-up exactly when promised.
In a city like LA with endless dining options, if you’re looking for fresh food, top-tier quality, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Reza and Shiraz Restaurant. Thank you for always being so hospitable and consistently delivering excellence for me, my family, and our guests.
Good authentic cuisine. Food was fresh and portions were generous.
Wanted to thank the manager, who went out of his way to explain the dishes and brought out some samples prior to us ordering.
I am impartial to rice with sour cherries and was not disappointed with the $3 upgrade on plain rice.
We will make this restaurant our regular stop from now on.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 26 years, consistently spending over $100 per visit (not including the $10-$20 tip I always leave). I’ve always supported this establishment, but my experience with their new inexperienced “manager,” Reza, has completely ruined this place, for me and I'm sure for others as well.
On Christmas Day, I politely asked if I could have some tadig with the $120 order I placed on just meat and rice, considering how much I’ve spent here over the years. Instead of treating me with respect, Reza was condescending and outright rude, making me feel as if I was "begging". Saying they always have a problem with me there. Who has a problem? Youre horrible treatment, or your ego? After all my loyalty, this is how they choose to treat me? It’s disgraceful and embarrassing.
I cannot believe this is how they allow someone like Reza to manage their front-of-house operations. If this is how they ridicule their most consistent customer, I can only imagine how they treat others who haven’t been as supportive. It’s truly shameful. As a Persian, I am embarrassed to share my heritage with someone like Reza.
While the food is good, the terrible service overshadows everything the hardworking chefs in the back strive to perfect. From now on, I’m taking my business to Sadaf, where I know I’ll be treated with the respect I deserve. Reza, you are a disgrace to hospitality, and this interaction speaks volumes about the poor management decisions of this establishment. What an unfortunate way to ruin what should have been a lovely holiday meal for someone who has been investing my time and money here for 26 years. How embarrassing for him.

We ordered one of the fish and chicken pk #6, plus extra meat kubiddeh for our Thanks Giving gathering and this time we were really disappointed how the fish turned out. It was over cooked and turned out dried the salmon, so my advice don’t order salmon. In the past we have ordered plenty of times even bigger orders but always meat and chicken and we have always been very satisfied. This time we all were disappointed how the fish turned out.

The food was good. The cucumber salad tasted very fresh, the meat was also very tasty. My problem was the dessert. I hate the flavor of prepackaged foods. And I’m 100% sure their desserts come from a box. They don’t taste fresh. It’s like the ones you get from a box at the grocery store. I feel like they should disclaim it to the customers.
