No one should be denied ice or water!!! All are customers! This is a horrible thing when everyone is struggling as it is! We all need customers and help in life. It's important to help one another not always take. We need to stop supporting companies like this to dictate our needs and lifestyle!

How are you not giving water?! I waited in line didn’t cut anyone or go to the pick up area to order a water and asked if I was getting anything else and I said no just that just to be told they give out water. . .

Million dollar company not giving water for free …

It’s safe to say this Starbucks severely disappointed me. I’ve gone to many Starbucks’s and I’ve never been treated like this. There was a white and blue-ish haired woman that refused to blend my drink. I also asked to scan and she completely ignored me. I then asked for it blended a little more angry and then she responded with “we’re not Supposed to do this but I’ll do it for you just this once” I will defenitley not be coming back.

This place is a joke. I came in to order a drink like a normal human being, but apparently, if you’re not a name on a mobile sticker, you don’t matter. I watched 6–7 mobile orders get priority while I stood there being completely ignored. No one even picked those drinks up. The supervisor couldn’t care less—just tossed out a refund like that fixes lazy service. If in-store customers aren’t worth your time, maybe close the lobby and let robots run the place. At least a machine wouldn’t pretend I don’t exist.

The staff here are the rudest & meanest I have ever seen in my life. I’m a long time starbucks customer. Today I simply asked for a cup of water & the mean guy told me he won’t give me water bc I didn’t have a purchase right at that moment. I spend hundreds of dollars on starbucks & for these type of people to have a job!!
I guess I better not be a customer of starbucks anymore.
There are better people & companies to support who treat you back like a human.
Starbucks customer service is going down the drain just as their prices are going up

My 13 year old son asked for a cup of water and they wouldn't give it to him and said you have to buy something to get just a cup of water and this is happening in this progressive country. Can you imagine that?

I just want to thank the barista who worked yesterday from 4:00-4:30p.m who made my white chocolate mocha! They don’t make them like you do anymore! Yes it’s that serious when it comes to my coffee

I just left Starbucks and realized they gave me the wrong size of my drink. I ordered and extra large ice tea and they charged me correct but gave me a venti. So heads-up watch out once you received your order to get what you paid for.

I stopped by this Starbucks inside Westfield Sherman Oaks this morning and I had a good experience. My goal was to get a plain bagel with cream cheese but they didn't have any left. So I went with the chocolate croissant which I never had here before. This Starbucks is like a food stand so it's not that big. I came before the mall open so they were not busy at all. The worker who tooked my order was very polite and friendly during our interaction. I asked that the croissant get toasted and it came out quick. They also had some sample cookies so I took one as well. The sample cookies was good and I thought my chocolate croissant was good as well.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options here

Parking: This Starbucks is inside the mall so there a private parking lot or parking garage

Terrible service and they give the orders very poorly. The preparation of the drinks is totally different from other places. I would not buy there again.

The black girl with the braids is very inconsiderate and annoying.
I work at this mall, placed an online order and wanted to add a cup of water since i couldn’t add it to my online order, she says in a rude way “go through the line” mind you there is no one in line why cant you just ring it up from the where i am. Inconveniencing us both as well as the Mexican girl being annoying too.

I never have any problems with the white guy i assume is the other manager, he is always so helpful, considerate, and nice.

However i am just so disappointed in everyone else. I’m not the only one who feels like this. I work in the mall and me and my co-workers have chatted about how we don’t like this starbucks for so many reasons.
