Asked for a couple Water and they said sorry we’re not allowed to give you water. They said that’s been the rule for three months. That’s crazy. I wish I could give him -5 stars.
Coffee was cold & cookie bag torn … they replaced it no problems
I believe I had a brown sugar oatmilk blonde expresso. It came in the little mini cup. But whoever made that drink on Easter Sunday morning it was hands down the best drink I've ever tasted at Starbucks! It was the perfect combination of a light expresso with a smooth and creamy finish. It was so good that I took one sip and immediately ordered a second! Hats off to the barista. You showed out that day! 👏🏾
The worst Starbucks I know of. Every drink I have ever ordered here just tastes like nothing. This location can’t even put brown sugar or cinnamon on the drinks that include brown sugar or cinnamon. I don’t usually write reviews because you have to post your name. Don’t waste your time or money here go literally anywhere else. Just flat out embarrassing.
I live in the neighborhood and visit this Starbucks 4–5 times a week, usually for a venti drip with hazelnut ($4.55 for the past 6 months). On Thursdays, because of cleaning, since i need to move my truck, I go there and I grab my coffee around 8am and walk over to sit outside Gelson’s.
Most of the staff knows me, though not all. Today, I asked for the restroom code and was met by an employee I hadn’t seen before. She asked if I had made a purchase—fair question, but her tone felt rude. I explained I come here regularly, but she insisted I buy something first. Meanwhile, other employees who clearly recognized me said nothing.
I get that there’s a new policy for safety, but where was that energy when there were 4–5 homeless people sitting at the tables earlier? I ended up using the restroom at Gelson’s—staff there were polite and respectful.
The price? Absurd!!¡!!!!
Great place
Always excellent, friendly service
Recently this Starbucks instituted a customer only wi-fi, and seating policy meaning you have to purchase something in order to use their amenities including the bathroom. The worker there was very rude in the way she asked me and she said if you don't get anything you have to leave. Their instructions on what I could purchase like a cup of water was very incoherent. Also her demeanor an attitude could have been a little bit better. I understand maybe there are homeless people and that's why they instituted that policy but it's still a very thin line between safety and customer service and I think she could have asked in a much more friendly way. I recommend you go to the health nut restaurant on the corner they do not have that policy and they're very friendly and provided me free Wi-Fi with or without purchasing anything
These foo's make you pour your water from what could only be described as a bathroom sink eww shame

Thew food is the same high quality that Starbucks has been known for, but the coffee machine needs to be switched to the automated, that way the consistent temperature and taste is always great. However my favorite part of this coffee shop is the atmosphere, a place where the intellect it titilated the horstense way! Joking I'm not sure what horstense means but the thinking and writing that I get done here pretty much defines it for me... the storey continues.

Got a usual iced blonde espresso drink, tastes horrible from this location. Whether the machine is dirty, or the baristas don’t have the ability to correctly make the espresso. Really gross.
