I just want to say that I really appreciate this starbucks. I think whoever managing must be doing a good job, because the lattes here always taste good. They have a sweetness (w/o syrups) that shows the machines are cleaned correctly and the staffed is trained to make them correctly, because I have been to other locations where the lattes just don’t taste good either repeatedly, or are inconsistent on the taste.Thank ya’ll for that!!

I'm always so thankful for the Starbucks crew, but Laura and Isaiah stood out today really want to thank them. They always work hard. I think everyone in this store deserves a raise or always understanding in one of the best locations that I come to thank you guys. . Jamal

I’m a barista visiting from New Orleans and I gotta admit, out of all the Starbucks that we went to in the Sherman oaks area… nicest staff and my coffee comes out perfect and I’m very picky with that. Great barista energy.

I would give this Starbucks zero stars if possible. Super nice employees!! However, I purposefully avoid this Starbucks even though it is literally right next to my house because every time I get it it literally tastes BURNT. EVERY TIME. I haven't gotten a coffee from here in almost 5 months. I did today, BURNT. I'm so sick of it. I don't leave reviews anywhere ever. But the fact that this is a consistent issue blows my mind and forces me to do this. PLEASE go literally anywhere else.

Came in today around 2 and have been sitting here for 20 mins waiting for my drink (a refresher). People have been waiting for 30+ mins. The team behind the counter seems to be arguing. Not sure what's going on by it's pretty bad.

I absolutely love this location! I went in today to start off my long weekend and Bridgette & Rosaline were so sweet and gave awesome recommendations! I'll definitely be back for the cleanliness, and amazing customer service
Daniel is the BEST batista ever !!!! He is SO nice, hard working, great attitude and LISTENS !!! He gets my order right every time and is a great asset to the Starbucks brand. Consistancy does not always take place in many Starbucks stores. I drive and will drive out of my way to have wonderful Daniel create my coffee order.

The stuff of preparing the drinks was not about looking at the customer and being aware when the finished my drink to find it reasonable to bring it to me so I tried to ask the girl who was taking the trash with polite excuse me at first, hello, excuse me, hello, then I had to raise my voice since it seems like she was inside her head as well so that she hears me and I politely said can you please hand me that white drink over there (vanilla bean which I ordered) since I am in a hurry and the woman who prepared it left to go to the back. She did it, but then as I was leaving, the reason I am leaving this bad review, she started arguing to my back next time dont yell, you shouldn't raise your voice and she argued with an attitude, but I was in a rush and just added so that you cant hear me? .... That is unheard of and really not necessary Just wanted to stress out that it was not busy, 2 customers all together.
