I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside the Galleria Mall. I usually enjoy coming here, but the employee named Damien was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked a question about the menu, he gave a condescending response and acted like I was bothering him. His attitude felt unnecessarily hostile and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I understand everyone has off days, but customer service still matters, especially at a place like Starbucks where I go to often. Hoping management addresses this, because the rest of the team seemed fine.

They constantly mess up drink orders and it seems like the later in the day it gets the ruder they get.
In addition make sure not to shop up from 5:30-5:45 because they won’t open the doors til later, even tho they open at 5:30

You walk into a coffee shop and you expect to feel cozy and warm with the coffee smell in the air. This Starbucks is freezing cold! No idea why they keep their air so cold. It’s colder inside than outside. Not comfortable.

As a regular Starbucks customer it is always nice when you find a location where all the important stuff comes together: Great patio and an exceptionally nice and efficient staff make this a preferred location.

I have never been denied a water at any Starbucks. Even in Hollywood next to my school theyre nice and give water to the homeless. But this place wouldn’t give me a water when i asked. Booo. Not cool

Best customer service I've received at any Starbucks! Staff was kind to my little daughter and served an excellent cup of tea! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
My favorite go to Starbucks not only for my morning coffee but for how they treat their customers. Especially employees like Jonny make my mornings the best. His smile is always so infectious ☺️

I asked about one offerd on the app and i scan my QR code and i asked to the barist if she got the code and she asked for my name again I ordered all the items of the offerd I paid my order and i waited 24h for the stars and i didnt get it.

If you visit this Starbucks, come before noon or they will not validate your parking. This is absurdly BAD customer service. I told the manager, "I am here soliciting your business, buying your products and you won't validate my parking?" I have never seen such a poor customer service approach and plan not to solicit a business that will gladly take my money, but not pay for my parking when I use them.
