Been to this place a number of times, always an enjoyable experience with friendly service and good coffee. Also is always a clean and inviting place and one of my favorite places to stop on Ventura and Sepulveda Blv. I have only good things to say about this place. Enjoy!

That location has a super big issue. Workers are super weird. I came to buy a gif mug for my coworker and i was not sure that's why i got a gift card, at the moment who was working "Nelly" she is like "you have to get a drink for validation for parking " . I wonder what kind of training you guys get in this location because that's not first time I have a bad attitude. Costumer in your store to shop and you don't help them something super easy like validation???? Doesn't make sense

My wife and I stopped by this Starbuck location because she wanted to go check out the DSW store inside Sherman Oaks Galleria. So I knew that if we get something from Starbucks then they'll validate our parking pass for about 3 hours. They were very busy when we first arrived so we decided to go to DSW first and come back when the rush was over. My wife place her order for the Chai Latte through the mobile app and I decided to put in my order when we went back to the store. When we went back, there was no one in line so I was able to put in my order for the Grande Mango Dragonfruit. My wife picked up her mobile order from the pickup area, they just leave the drinks out there which I don't think is safe because other people can take your drink. My Mango Dragonfruit took about 10 minutes or so to come out and they almost filled it all the way when I asked for light ice. My wife loved her drink and I enjoyed my drink. They have some tables here where you can relax and enjoy your drink.Kid-friendliness: This Starbucks location is kid friendly and inside the Galleria.Parking: You can park in the parking garage and Starbucks will validate your pass for about 3 hours.

Always rich-tasting coffee and tea. Lots of snacks and carry-out prepared meals. Friendly Berettas and counter people. Inside seating with charging stations. Patio seating is also available—lots of Starbucks merchandise. Validated parking. Wheelchair accessible to both store and bathroom.

This one is convenient for those awesome pick me ups .. however they are randomly closed sometimes .. like today they'll be closing at 2 . Friendly staff they rinsed my cup even though the barista said they weren't supposed to !! Wow above and beyond CHEERS

I wanted to know how much caffeine cold frap would have compared to the hot latte in the same flavor. I got an actual eye roll and snort from "Many".I buy from Starbucks all the time. This is kind of rude. "Well you didn't buy from this Starbucks," Many rebutted.What's up with this ?
