I come here all the time. Whoever was working on 1/22 has no idea what they're doing. Both drinks I got tasted horrible! Nothing like what they usually take like. It's like they just put milk and left out the coffee. Worst coffee Starbucks has ever made and this is coming from someone who gets Starbucks literally everyday. Should seriously refund me for these horrible drinks and check whoever was working.

Keep It Real always Yelpers! I have been to many of Starbucks this location the counter people a few girls no personality what so ever, there is one you have to repeat your order always even if it is just one item. I think she be have a hearing problem. They were face masks, on every time I order an egg bite with Kale I always have to ask them for a fork it it never is placed in the bag! In this location because of the staff being very distant to there customers, you don't get the feeling of being welcomed! This is clearly a case of poor hires some act like they don't like being there just go through the motions. management is to blame! Other locations 5 stars across the board, this particular location one star! Just Keeping It Real!

All good on this visit ! Service was fast and order was correct ! I ordered the usual drink the black tea lemonade, no food on this visit. My only issue is that ALL the tables and chairs on the exterior were removed - I'm assuming this is because of the heavy transient population in the area . Even so there should be a couple of chairs posted outside on a beautiful day !
I am very disappointed of the way the treated me this morning. For the first time I felt unsafe for the fact being jewish. There was a customer that is antisemetic, and he was rude to me, no one of the workers said nothing, and they jst were staring at the situation. For sure wont come back

Expensive coffee for a dirty store with limited items in store and no cream available to the customers. Apparently I was told this is because of theft and covid..... Having pepper spray or some type of protection is also advisable.

Keira was so helpful just had Foot Surgery and she was so helpful she got me some ice for my swelling foot so I could rest a bit and of course got my favorite Matcha drink served to perfection thanks so much they truly care it's about service and a smile will be back been coming here for years
