100% customer service approval from me!!! {{Which...i might add...is INCREDIBLY hard to achieve!!}}. Be it 5am, 5pm, or 5 minutes before closing I can always expect a smile and 100% effort from this staff, in making sure I leave a happy and satisfied customer! Since this is a store located in the fair city of Los Angelas, I understand any skepticism one might have after reading my post BUT...let me assure said skeptics, this is as close as you're gonna get to a warm hug in...
A little smaller than normal SB. There is patio sitting with umbrella's to help block the sun. Only 1 restroom and it's right next to where you pick up your orders. Parking can be tough. There is metered parking all around and a few pay to park lots. Also, outside is noisy due to traffic... always traffic.
This is a Starbucks like any other and as a natural consequence, employees here are like employees anywhere. Truly this location is hit and miss with the quality of the drinks and service. I would not go out of my way to come here again. It really is nothing special or outstanding. The patio out on Ventura is nice for people watching though.
