The old lady that helped me was sooo rude and horrible customer service. I asked for my drink she did it wrong asked if I could get it corrected and was sooo rude about it. I didn’t get her name. I always buy here and was shocked at her behavior

Resonable attention and service, almost every Starbucks inside of supermarket are slow about attending. They need more people to work to hang the demand.

I asked for my drink and all the baristas looked at each other and didn’t know how to make the drink I asked for. It took them 15 minutes to make it and I was the only one there. I only ordered one drink.

This Starbucks seems to be between either understaffed with or have workers that REALLY will let you know they’d rather be somewhere else. Whether it’s their expression (that’s none existent), tone, or making you feel like you’re wasting their time. On top of that, idk what’s going on, but the coffee taste horrible. Every time, I think “oh let’s just see this time” …it’s just as bad, so that’s on me. My guess is they don’t clean the machines enough.
This is an easily accessible location in the Ralphs I always stop here when getting my groceries.
although there was a long wait in the line i got my drink quickly! only 1 employee...he was nice

The baristas are usually friendly but this location always has ridiculous hours. Closed at 8pm though it says on Google at 9. Please fix.

I visited Starbucks at Ralph’s Sherman Oaks today and asked the barista to add money to my card. I asked him to combine 2 cards on to the one I just purchased and he told me he didn’t know how to do this. I asked him why he worked there if he didn’t know how to do this. He let me know he didn’t need attitude. I don’t understand because this was a legitimate question. He didn’t have a manager around to ask? I wasn’t angry as it is obviously a training issue. Hope to not see him again. I didn’t realize he could speak to anyone that way. He gave the next customer grief as well.
HEARTLESS & GREEDY. 3-1/2 years ago, my friend tripped on a cracked tile that had a big gap on the floor in Starbucks Sherman Oaks, which they have since completely remodeled after her accident. She has been fighting with them for 3-1/2 years just to get her medical bills paid. She didn't ask for a million dollars, she just wanted her doctor bills paid. She didn't ask to get reimbursed for having to quit working. Finally, after all of this time, she dropped the suit because it was giving her too much stress. She can't walk without limping or using a cane. She still wears a boot on her foot. She has had surgery twice on her right ankle and twice on her right knee. The strain of not being able to use the right leg put pressure on the left leg and she's had surgery on the left knee and will need surgery on the left ankle. She can't walk very far and it has really crippled her and prevented her from doing a lot of things. Starbucks brought in the video footage from 10:00 a.m. and the fall was at 10:00 p.m. the judge dismissed the case saying that the gap would have had to be over an inch. I'm sure he was paid off. It's sad that a company who is all about money and putting a Starbucks on every corner, replacing some of my favorite restaurants, would do this to somebody. I was one of your best customers, but no more. How do I cash in the balance on my card?
