Is took me more than 10 minutes to wait for my coffee. The prepare firts the coffee of the people than came later than me. it was until I ask after 10 minutes waiting, that they start doing my coffee.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy and the garbage can was overflowing onto the floor by at least another half a garbage can full of garbage all over the floor. When the barista was told about the bathroom being dirty she said "I know" with a nonchalant attitude. This takes away from the service and the atmosphere as it truly was dirty. Starbucks standards have really deteriorated.

Every Starbucks is a little bit different. This one is different from good. More than one staff member ignored me when I was finally able to try to place an order they told me it would be over 20 minutes for some coffee. Don't think I'll be back!!
I ask for brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, it wasn’t good :(

I came in to try the new frozen lemonade. I ordered a tall and got a half filled cup with melted liquid not even a frozen lemonade. Such a waste of money
