Placed an order for coffee travelers with Nadia, she said I didn't need to put down a card and I would be able to pick up without a problem and pay at the time of pick up. Called day of Jan. 8 at 6am for pick at 8am and the woman on the phone said there was no order and that I would have to pay on the app and could not offer any form of a physical receipt. Customer service at this location was uninformed and unhelpful.

Every Starbucks is a little bit different. This one is different from good. More than one staff member ignored me when I was finally able to try to place an order they told me it would be over 20 minutes for some coffee. Don't think I'll be back!!

The blueberry scone was awful! The baker must have been asleep on the job. Grainy and floury in taste. Poor food choice. Not sweet and delightful as it used to be.

The usual Starbucks. Nice outdoor space on the street corner. An odd shape interior. It is kind of dark inside. Noisy and a lot of echo. Barristers shout to reach above the noise of the room.
I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks before (lol) but this one is great. I’m from Ohio and every time I visit my friend who lives in Sherman Oaks, I walk here. The music is *the best* and customers are often singing and shimmying, myself included. (Funk, soul, disco, pop, etc.) Employees are kind, and simply put it’s a five star Starbucks.

This place is ALWAYS fkkn up drink orders..seems these people CANT READ or something, they do whatever they want and send out whatever they want and instead of accepting or looking into it they just get rude. Fkk this pace and their fkkn supervisor !
