there’s a girl that’s blonde with synthetic lashes, today on august 2, in the early morning, my mom and i went to the starbucks in pavilions and her attitude was horrendous. only stared at us, didn’t ask us if we wanted something more until she saw we were waiting for her to put the amount to pay— when receiving our drinks, she threw the straw on the counter, not to mention the drink she made needed strawberries and she only added 3 pieces when there was tons. if she’s going to be working can she take the claw nails she has? she couldn’t even grab the straws. extremely unhygienic.

This is an easily accessible location in the Ralphs I always stop here when getting my groceries.
Quick service. The definitely take pay attention to detail here. I was in and out. Drink was great. Price is reasonable.

Must be the Starbucks inside the Pavillions
HEARTLESS & GREEDY. 3-1/2 years ago, my friend tripped on a cracked tile that had a big gap on the floor in Starbucks Sherman Oaks, which they have since completely remodeled after her accident. She has been fighting with them for 3-1/2 years just to get her medical bills paid. She didn't ask for a million dollars, she just wanted her doctor bills paid. She didn't ask to get reimbursed for having to quit working. Finally, after all of this time, she dropped the suit because it was giving her too much stress. She can't walk without limping or using a cane. She still wears a boot on her foot. She has had surgery twice on her right ankle and twice on her right knee. The strain of not being able to use the right leg put pressure on the left leg and she's had surgery on the left knee and will need surgery on the left ankle. She can't walk very far and it has really crippled her and prevented her from doing a lot of things. Starbucks brought in the video footage from 10:00 a.m. and the fall was at 10:00 p.m. the judge dismissed the case saying that the gap would have had to be over an inch. I'm sure he was paid off. It's sad that a company who is all about money and putting a Starbucks on every corner, replacing some of my favorite restaurants, would do this to somebody. I was one of your best customers, but no more. How do I cash in the balance on my card?
I have been coming here since they opened and always had a great experience until recently. Each time I order the same drink but depending on who is cashier I get charged differently. I brought this up to multiple employees already but the issue is not fixed. I probably won’t be going to them anymore since continuously getting overcharged as of recent.
Holiday Coffee! Got to have it!
