Andrew, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Asked him to wash his hands and refused, asked him to add extra onions and he refused !!!Wasn't willing to help as I wasn't able to figure out my apply pay...How do you leave a business trusting someone who is so lazy and unhelpful!!!

I ordered a sandwich chips and 2 cookies from the Subway app today and I've never received my order.. I call door dash to get a refund. And DoorDash tells me to call subway. I call subway and the lady was rude and didn't offer to help.

I guess business must be great here because they're supposed to close at 9:00 so I hurried to arrive at 8:55 and the door was locked and employee told me they were already closed. Not exactly the kind of place that takes more than 3 minutes to get in and out, so it's pretty frustrating that they close early like this. But hey, maybe the franchisee is rolling in cash and doesn't need my business... congrats!
It feels kinda silly to review a Subway but I just have to say that this is hands down my favorite Subway to go to. There are a couple of employees (owners?) that always help me out and their customer service and sandwich-making are always on point. It really shows that they care about what they're doing.

Sandwich Artist Andrew ignored my repeated, explicit sandwich requests... when finally asking if the sandwich he was preparing was acceptable, I told him it was not -- and he refused to remake it to conform to my order or even apologize.I understand Subway isn't meant to be fine dining, but expecting a sandwich to be made as ordered doesn't feel like a terribly high bar to clear.
