I absolutely hate it when a business includes tip into their charges and they dont notify the consumer before hand!
Two sandwiches, no sides or drink, came out to $41!!!!
Why? Well, they decided to add a 20% tip charge that was about 7 dollars. No notice, no signs stating gratuity would be included. I know FORSURE that I didn't select tipping, and even the cashier seemed like she didn't want me to ask for the receipt.
Good thing I did cause now im able to see that they're literally adding charges and fees, and who knows how many others are being charged more because of tips and they dont ask for receipts.
Shame on management and shame on your businesses practices by not being transparent! You probably dont care but I will be sure to add this with corporate directly as this is definitely not gonna be the way you get business.
You're lying and stealing money all by hoping others won't notice! Absolute shame!

I receive coupons from subway and their locations always have different excuses for not allowing me to use the coupon. This time they said that the coupon wouldn’t scan or that their system doesn’t recognize the coupon. I consider this false advertising and bad marketing practices. In addition the lady had an attitude when we walked in she was annoyed that she had to stop cleaning to serve me.

I've never had any problems with the food or staff here, but the pricing is absurd. You will pay up to $2 more per item here than virtually any Subway in the country outside of an airport. To top it off they rarely participate in any of the widely advertised promotions. It's not just the fact that we all remember the $5 footlong jingle - objectively $9.99, even with inflation, is a ridiculous price for a 6-inch Steak and Cheese sandwich. The Subway two miles down the road in Encino sells the same sandwich for $7.89.

Whomever was working the night of December 16th 2024 made me a horrible sandwich. A part of me does believe, because my order was over doordash and not in person, he or she felt comfortable giving me virtually no protein, untoasted bread, and a dry, (basically) dressing-less sandwich: do better. I’ve experienced this too many times ordering my sandwiches from there but this was by far the worst.

Placed a pick up order and when i got home i realized they didn’t follow any instructions I put for my toppings & i paid extra for extra tuna & avocado and my avocado was black as moldy and I could hardly see any tuna. Guy with blond hair handed me my order. Not sure if he made it but he should definitely know better.
