Whomever was working the night of December 16th 2024 made me a horrible sandwich. A part of me does believe, because my order was over doordash and not in person, he or she felt comfortable giving me virtually no protein, untoasted bread, and a dry, (basically) dressing-less sandwich: do better. I’ve experienced this too many times ordering my sandwiches from there but this was by far the worst.

Placed a pick up order and when i got home i realized they didn’t follow any instructions I put for my toppings & i paid extra for extra tuna & avocado and my avocado was black as moldy and I could hardly see any tuna. Guy with blond hair handed me my order. Not sure if he made it but he should definitely know better.

I understand they are underpaid, but it doesn’t mean you have to have worst customer services, giving attitude or hates people . I stayed 10 min But the nasty experience with worst ever people there . I never go and advise you not to go there .

Never go here. The lady who works there not only does not provide customer service but she literally hates anyone who goes in there. I walked in and waited 5 mins to be greeted. It took her 10 mins to make two subs. After the long wait I tried to pay. She literally did not make eye contact until I asked her if the payment went through. After what seem like 2 mins she replied saying the machine wasn’t working and to wait 5 mins. After waiting 5 mins she said she can’t take the payment and to pay cash. I obviously didn’t have cash. I don’t get why I ever would want to pay 30 to wait 30 mins for a sub. Thank you lady I will never ever go to subway again in my life. Avoid this place
The ladies working around lunch time are absolutely killing it. My sandwich that I mobile ordered is exactly how I asked for it. Mobile ordering can be very disappointing. As long as my sandwich is being made with the correct options I describe (more or less of something) I will keep coming back.

They close at 9 it was 8:40 when I walked in and everything was put away a lady by the name of Nina (if thats her actual name) told me as soon as I walked in its closed I asked why if it supposed to close at 9, she said because its closed. When I asked for her name she asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted... You think I want some thing from that place after that? No thank you. Horrible service.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE GO HERE....Called and placed a curbside phone order... order wasn't prepared on time.... sat in my car and waited, and waited.... then I called to find out where my order was... I was told by the girl who answered the phone that they already came out and couldn't find me...however, since I was the only "blue" "sedan" in the parking lot.... how was that possible.... This isn't the first time I complained about their lack of service.... BUT IT IS THE LAST TIME !!!!!!!!!!
