I got word through social media that for a couple days Subway was offering a BOGO on its foot long subs . However, when I attempted to use the offer today I was told that this particular franchise cant afford to do that and stay in business. I left without buying anything and wont be back !

This store does not honor Subway coupons and literally make up their own rules about them, ignoring the language entirely about which items they are good for and which ones they are not.A complete joke of a store and a complete waste of your time.

Created their own rules with the subway coupons and skimmed me off my meats. This establishment doesn't follow the quality control of subway. The workers also gave me an attitude for using my coupon as well. They spoke Hindi to talk smack about me. If you have coupons don't waste your time here.

They close at 9 it was 8:40 when I walked in and everything was put away a lady by the name of Nina (if thats her actual name) told me as soon as I walked in its closed I asked why if it supposed to close at 9, she said because its closed. When I asked for her name she asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted... You think I want some thing from that place after that? No thank you. Horrible service.

The lady asked me to wait while she made an order. I have absolutely no problem waiting. She told me to sit down, i asked her how long would it be, she didn't bother answering me. When it looked like she was almost done, she said I would have to wait some more. She was rude. I waited 10 mins and left without food.

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO HERE GO HERE....Called and placed a curbside phone order... order wasn't prepared on time.... sat in my car and waited, and waited.... then I called to find out where my order was... I was told by the girl who answered the phone that they already came out and couldn't find me...however, since I was the only "blue" "sedan" in the parking lot.... how was that possible.... This isn't the first time I complained about their lack of service.... BUT IT IS THE LAST TIME !!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know why but they keep calling me and leaving voicemails. Whoever on ur staff thinks it’s funny to make calls of your company phone should engage in something better with their time.

I've eaten at many different subway restaurants anywhere I go. I like the freshly baked breads and fresh veggies. This is my first review for a Subway because the two people that helped my family and I were both awesome people and I'd like to take the time to thank you them both. I can't remember their names but it was a woman and gentleman. We're there grabbing a quick lunch thanksgiving weekend on that Saturday before our drive back to Las Vegas. It was a pleasure talking to them while building our sandwiches. It was a nice last meal before we left LA. We didn't expect this especially from a Subway and we're happy it happened this way.

Ordered a vegetarian sandwich.Every vegetables were crispy fresh.Try it with combo of sirracha & honey mustard dressing.Taste amazingly good

Hello, I feel that I have experienced discrimination. A clerk named Isabel at 107 Van Nuys Blvd. did not speak to me when she came out the back of the store. She just took my order. Some Hispanic customers walked in and she got all perked up and gave them a warm welcome. I made a comment that I didn’t get greeted that way and she started getting loud with me. We went back and forth after that. I come to this subway (store 1257-0) every two weeks right before I get my nails done next door and the same woman is rude. She said that I’m rude to her and complain. I have never complained. She gets upset when I ask for additional items…not sure why that makes her mad. Also, she kept picking food from another container out out the spinach that she was adding to mr sandwich.Isabel should be fired, she has zero customer service skills for all customers apparently except for the Hispanic customers. I like subway and would like to continue visiting the store. At the very least Isabel needs additional training. I will keep complaining until something is done about this woman. Every time I walk in this location I get anxiety when I realize she has to help me.Please please please do something about this lady…The condiments also look very old especially the lettuce. I would hate to get sick and have to send a complaint about cross contamination of food.Subway please do better with the staff that is hired…customers come first and if Isabel is working there only the Hispanic customers come first.I will be adding this complaint and store to Yelp and Google Review.Thank you!
