Overall I had a wonderful experience with Sugar Babies!

I ordered cookies and mini cupcakes for a company event, and they were a huge hit as everyone absolutely loved them and kept asking where I had gotten them from. When I picked up the order, unfortunately I realized two sets of cupcakes were missing once I got back to the office. However when I called Sugar Babies they handled the situation so professionally. Without any hesitation, they offered to deliver the missing cupcakes and even included an extra order as an apology for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and the genuine care for their customers

I am happy to say I would definitely be coming back and this has become my go to bake shop for special events!

Today, I was one of those customers that messed up my own order on a holiday. Valentine’s Day! Omg hahaha I messed up ordering thru Grubhub :/ (that’s another story) I just want to say thank you to Sugar Babies for being so understanding. And willing to find a solution with me. Customer Service top tier! Everything was figured out — and the desserts look yummy! I will be ordering again and I promise I will order correctly in the future ;)

I like this bakery so much that I go to a few times a month and decided to get my birthday 🎂 from here! They are kind, and truly want have quick but atte tive service! Also, if there is anything you don't see out front just ask and they usually can get it for you. Sometimes they are sold out but most times they will try to accommodate! I've only had good experiences here! Make sure you follow policies for ordering custom cakes. I noticed a common theme in reviews complaining about this they only asked a few days in advance or during Christmas! Give them grace this isn't a grocery store chemical cake.

They were very prompted when I requested a quote and I was extremely happy but when they sent me the quote for my cake I asked for a simple which of color and they never got back to me. My friend even tried to request a quote for the cake and they didn’t respond to her. so I went with another bakery, Sweet E's Bake Shop which is more expensive but they were prompted and got back to me instantly every time I ask something. more for value than this bakery that didn’t bother to respond. I’d rather pay more money for comfort than a bakery that won’t respond.

They did the baby butt cake for my daughter's shower, along with decorated cookies, it was fabulous. The cake (marble cake/oreo cookie filling) was delicious and so were the cookies. Everything was beautiful and was delivered on time. It was the 1st time I used this bakery and it won't be the last.

I have ordered from Sugar Babies Bake Shop quite a few times for different office celebrations. Everyone loves the cupcakes, and we appreciate the mini sizes. We also have a few GF and vegan folks, so it's nice that there's a place that can accommodate those restrictions. I had an idea for a custom cake for a birthday celebration, and this bakery took my ideas, made them 1000x better, and made a cake that exceeded my wildest imagination! Visually, it was perfect. Everyone stopped to ooh and ahh over the cake— we hadn't had anything like it before. Our e-team couldn't believe it, C-suite thought it was beautiful, and the CEO was so proud of it! Taste wise, the cake couldn't have been better!! I appreciated the instruction on the box of when to take the cake out of the fridge so that way everyone could enjoy it the way it should be. I will continue to order form Sugar Babies Bake Shop, and I could not recommend them enough!

Decided to plan my daughter’s second birthday late and reached out to get a cake made. Not o my did Sugar Babies accommodate my request, the cake was SPOT ON for what I wanted the design to be. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Cutest mini cupcakes with the cutest designs! Prices are pretty good, but the cake pops were a bit dry. Overall very good!
