5 stars to CoCo and Jen (mgr and our server) - I should've tipped her more. They were awesome! The Mgr helped me with a terrible incident that occurred at the SM location. She was on it. I got a call and email from corporate immediately. Thank you, Courtney.On the other hand now (w a long sigh lol)...my favorite, go to Valley "fast-food sit down" spot was not "spot on" with the food!The salad was totally missing its' accoutrements, no feta, no red onion, not even croutons. Old tomato ? Not the CCF salad I remember.BTW, Cinnabon cheesecake is the best.

A Delightful Experience at Cheesecake FactoryI recently visited Cheesecake Factory with my family, including my nephew who is quite particular about where he eats. I'm pleased to say that our experience exceeded expectations, especially considering my nephew's selective palate. Despite his pickiness, he thoroughly enjoyed the meal, which speaks volumes about the quality and variety of options available.The freshness of the ingredients was apparent in every dish we ordered. From appetizers to desserts, each bite was bursting with flavor and made with care. Even my nephew, who tends to be hesitant with new foods, found something he enjoyed, which is a testament to the restaurant's ability to cater to diverse tastes.The overall quality of the food was outstanding. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the presentation was impeccable. It's clear that Cheesecake Factory takes pride in their culinary creations, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience.Needless to say, we will definitely be returning to Cheesecake Factory in the future. Our visit was nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

I must have caught them on an off day... and on break. They're usually on the spot and attentive. And food didn't seem 'fresh'. Rice & chicken were dry. After serving us I had to get their attention a few times for anything else we needed. Other locations aren't as frustrating. For my visit anyway. Good Luck!Parking: Parking was a ways away and have to pay. The restaurants can validate though, for 1 hour.

The cashier is incredibly impolite and I sensed a hint of racial bias from her. She was very rude when I was there to pick up the order. I could see my order ready but she just completely ignored my request and then started talking to me in impolite way. Not happy at all at this location service.

I have been customer there for many years. my last visit was a complete disappointment. Not sure if the change the chiefs. Cobb salad, I ordered was not fresh to the point that I could not finish it. Service was below average although it was 12:30 pm and the place was practically almost empty. Expensive. underground parking is insane expensive. Would not be back and would not recommend.

We waited 20 minutes and were then successfully ignored... they apparently didn't need it. Apparently because of too few staff… three people for the outside area with three occupied tables???We've been there several times and have always been satisfied, but we don't have to put up with that.

The food is delicious and abundant, the prices are a little high but the dishes are well worth it. We chose to sit outside and the service was terrible, the waitress never brought us the welcome bread, it took her a while to take our order. We stayed alone because we were already there and we were hungry and didn't want to drive somewhere else.

Cheesecake Factory Sherman Oaks.This once greatbestablishment is a terribke example of how incompetance succeeds despite itself.The service sucks badly!Managers are utterky incompetant and consistently so. Complaints are ignored and not resolved, service staff are quite innept, and when they make errirs, (which is about everytije I give them another chance) they do nothing to fix their mistakes.This is not based on one tine, but on several yeaes of givibg them ops to get it right.If corp execs ate tgeirvin annynimty tgeyvwould be shocked! I'm quire stunned they survive at all.
This location is clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Sign up for the birthday club for you free piece of cheesecake. The birthday cake cheesecake was delicious and much better at room temperature. Ten out of ten recommend.Parking: Paid street parking or huge parking garage hard to find spots

Been to this location many many times...but today was a disappointment our server was not paying attention to our orders and got most of them wrong, and after we told him it was wrong it appeared that he didn't care.....furthermore he never came to check on us to see if everything was okay.......what a shame
