Had an all-around great time here at The Crabby Crab! A friend and I had been threatening to come for years and thankfully we finally pulled the trigger. I started off with one of the best Micheladas on the planet. Super flavorful! Then moved on to the clam chowder (pictured) which was amazing. Thick and rich. I highly recommend you get it with everything. Then we split a boil with snow crab, mussels and peeled shrimp in the garlic butter sauce. My friend can't do spicy or I would've gone with Cajun but I was in no way disappointed with garlic butter. The wait staff was super attentive and polite. Great atmosphere. Super appreciated the parking lot in the back.Parking: Small parking lot behind the restaurant. Can fill up easily during busy times.

So I went into the Crabby Shack last week for the first time. I was getting an order to go so my choices were understandably more limited than if I ate there. I decided on the crab cakes which unfortunately didn't work out well. The taste of the cakes wasn't the issue. I've had better tasting crab cakes but the main issue was I had bits of shell in almost every bite! I think a little over one crab cake was not ruined by the shell issue.I am normally one to give a place a second chance, but after reading some of the other reviews, I think I am one and done. And that is a bummer because I had high hopes for this place. Was excited to try it.The only positive experience was the woman who helped me. Service was fine.

Finally a place I can order 1/2 lb of shrimp if I just want enough for myself. Not forced to pay for more than I need. The "Big Boy" beer is just a great deal and lives up to its name for sure! Try the catfish fry it's super fresh and the Cajun season fries are drool worthy! Really nice staff that is always there to assist if anything is needed. It's also very clean and spacious inside with a hand wash station available outside the restrooms. Very happy with my visits here, I live down the street and I'm very happy about being able to get this whenever I want!

The Crabby Crab is a reliable seafood boil spot in the valley. Like most places they offer a house sauce (their cajun), lemon pepper, and garlic butter. Something that makes them unique, is if you eat inside they bring the food out in a bowl rather than a bag which I enjoy. I don't find their shrimp to be overcooked and mushy like the places who use bags. They also have appetizers and pasta for people who don't enjoy seafood. There's a full bar that offers happy hour deals and I've never tried them, but I know people like their fish bowl drinks. Servers are attentive and check on you throughout the meal. On weekdays parking isn't bad and there's a small lot behind the restaurant using the alley, weekends can be tricky. I don't mind but for people who don't like the restaurants that make you pay and tip on a handheld device with a server waiting, that is their card method. 4 stars because I've had better sauces but it's still a good & I've returned multiple times.

Good but very pricey. I'm very willing to pay high prices for delicious food but it isn't high end food it's just a lot and it does taste good but not the best.
