This is how I imagined canes Canes would taste in my head just from the hype. The Cluckin’ Chicken was so good, juicy and beautifully seasoned both chicken and sides! Theyre sauce is so good and consistent, truly a 10/10. Favorite hot chicken place i’ve been too as a southerner. Staff both days i came were very nice and met the energy i gave them and made me wanna come back more.

Man, this was my go-to place, so this really pains me to write this, but this customer service experience was the worst I’ve ever had. In order to get people to order through their website instead of DoorDash, they placed a $10 off coupon in my last order. Normally my food gets delivered lightning fast and it’s great, but I figured I’d use the coupon. Giant mistake. When you order directly through their website, it turns out a delivery fee is charged and their outsource their delivery service to Uber Eats! Today, my order was delivered 30 minutes late and my food is ice cold. I even called in and spoke to someone. He said the food was ready at 5:42pm, but my food had still not been picked up and this was at 6:02pm, meaning my food sat there for 20 minutes getting cold. When I asked for an explanation and how they were going to resolve this, he told me it’s Uber’s fault….I mean, no, you outsource through Uber, they represent you, it’s YOUR fault. I will never order from this place again. If you took pride in your business, you would’ve offered me a refund and taken responsibility. Instead, like it seems everyone does in this corporate world we live in, you pass the buck to someone else and never take responsibility because customers don’t matter—you only care about making money.

I always get this delivered or to go and everytime it hits on all levels. Taste 💣 large portion when its comes to the size of chicken strip in the sandwich. You definitely won't be left hungry afterwards since it very filling. Fries are probably some of the best I've had with a hot chicken sandwich. Most are always soggy or just don't taste good. Ranch is must IMO. Definitely worth trying!

The chicken taco combo is bangin’ with some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Get an extra sauce, you’ll need it. The fellas working were also very friendly.

When I want a spicy late night bite I come here. Great options with big portions. Prices are a little on the high side but that doesn't bother me too much seeing as you get great flavors and portion size. They have been nice every time I go and I will continue to come here. Dave's Hot Chicken has some sturdy competition.

Big thank you to Kluckin' Chicken for helping us cater an event. Everyone we interacted with over the phone and in the restaurant, from the owner to the cooks, was super helpful in planning the menu appropriately for 30 people. Vic and Roman were especially great. And every dish was a big hit! The perfect spice-level on the chicken wings for a crowd, and everything was clearly made fresh. The Kluckin' Sauce on the side was also somehow perfect on every single dish. Thanks so much for a great meal, Kluckin' Chicken!
