Both lunch and dinner service are quick which is rare when a place is this busy. Waitstaff and the chefs are working hard which created a great atmosphere.
The fish selection changes daily but they did have otoro and amaebi while I was there.
The restaurant fills up really quickly and there was a wait every time I was there so being a little early is advised.

Reasonably priced vegetable sides, such as green beans. We let the chef pick our sushi and the results were great even if we never figured out exactly what we were eating. About $50/person for a big sushi meal, but they have cheaper lunch bento options. Every table was occupied on a Tuesday at lunch. Friendly and professional service.

Pretty good sushi, but rather expensive and it just increased its prices — 4$/piece of most sashimi. You can find better deals with equivalent sushi elsewhere.

The restraunt was great. Although it looks kind of like there isn't any custormors inside the restraunt from outside, there actually is a lot of people but not as much as having to wait in line. The chefs are mostly Mexican, but they still make great food. The Japanese chef is just excellent. He can turn so-so looking salmon and other white fishes into omakase looking sushi. The shapes, the flavors, just amazing. As a asian writing this, the pepper on the fish is of course not traditional, but still cool. Honestly, the only bad part is that their ginger tasted horrble and the staff were all speaking spanish to each other. I really reccomend to give it a try, but it is probably suitable for asians like me.
Parking: There is a public parking lot just right behind it with a maxiumum of 2 hours and 1 dollar per hour.

Amazing fresh sushi. Everything we had was delicious. We had two servings of the spicy tuna on crispy rice (yes it was that good), my husband had the albacore sashimi, blue crab hand roll and I had the spicy tuna roll with rock shrimp and cucumber salad. Everything was amazing. The inside is nice and clean but nothing fancy or chic. The only thing I would say needs attention is more staffing during opening hours because there was one server doing all of the tables and hosting an almost full restaurant. Service was still great regardless of that, I could just tell she was overwhelmed and heavily tasked loaded (she was still amazing). We will definitely be back!
