Usually don’t feel the need to comment on service my god, 30 minute wait to even get a hello? Almost 35 minutes to get 2 beers? Both my friends and I found it hilarious your pre selected gratuity options that y’all expect is the lowest of 20%. Fine dining chef here, get your ego out of your ass. You can’t even pour a beer in under 5 minutes you’re not getting a 20% tip from me. Bad attitude, lack of respect, no sense of urgency = horrible service. Blatantly ignoring other patrons to flirt with a guest who’s closed out, like really?

I absolutely love this bar, as I'm a local but as a regular customer and have noticed some issues with the DJ. I've stopped trying to do karaoke because it's impossible due to the DJ threatening to remove my name when I try to submit my song slip because waiting an hour to add your name into the song Que is to many times. The bartenders and security are great, but the DJ seems to have a big ego. Whenever I want to sing, I go to Good Times- Noho instead, as they have a simple list where you can write your name without any hassle or need to interact with the DJ.

Make no mistake. This is not a karaoke bar. This is a training ground for egotistical DJs…when you sing one time even if there is no one else in the bar, you will wait and wait and wait while the DJ. Decides you are not and I quote ‘putting on a one-man show’ because they will tell you in your face and even screaming at you that they are the top DJs in LA with huge fallowing… There was 20 minutes of no one, singing and the KJ sat there and scrolled on his phone while he played background music rather than letting anyone sing,…even though there was virtually no one in the bar and the advertisement said that karaoke started at seven or 8 o’clock, depending on the given night… Just so you know, this is not a place to come if you are a singer and want to sing two or three times in the course of sitting For a couple of hours, even when no one else is singing, it’s ridiculous and stupid and The KJ actually get upset and will scream in your face that you don’t get to sing again and ‘you will never sing two or three times in one night…’
The place is great. Amazing vibe. Very busy. And if you come expecting to sing, expect 1 song in 2 hours+ if you're lucky. It's based on DJ preferences.

it's frozen pizza so wasn't expecting much. but the place seem dirty. Just need to clean it up. or maybe that's the style/theme. the drinks are alil pricier for a place like that and they add a gratuity on all checks. most People come here for the karaoke so they always have a good crowd of people.
