They are so rude and always overcharging me. They always look so upset and unapproachable. You know customer service is unbearable when you go out of your way to write a negative review. One lady with a long braid is literally the only nice person there.

Baked fresh and delicious ? pretzel and mini hot dog with jalapeño cheese dipping. It's pricey but worth it when I'm hungry.

I had order pick up for Uber eat yesterday in that time the mall already close but the store should get the order and make before they close then sent the driver to pick up right? The worker so rude and just ignore me to pick up then said only we close ,we close and keep talking with another guy. I show the order pick up in my phone but her just keep ignore... BAD SERVICE!!!

Bad customer service, had to ask for dipping sauce the lady rudely said it’s extra. I don’t mind paying but never had someone have an attitude cause I asked? She throws it in my bag which I noticed broke everywhere and said fine, I didn’t charge you. Yes because you broke it and had seen you had done that, she also was giving dirty looks the whole time... she’s younger and not at all happy working with customers I wish I hadn’t spent money here.
