When a guest asks for help with an overcooked protein, and the chef/owner replies with “ I will not remake the chicken for you because we make it how we make it” This is not hospitality. People go to restaurants more carefully now in light of the current economy but when we do go out, we're looking for warm hospitality and good food. Philip, the owner and chef, is not interested in this aspect of the business, so one would wonder why he has in the hospitality industry...

Just had dinner there. Great place. A little under staffed, but the server made up for it eventually. Good food.

Dietary restrictions: I'm alleric to all nuts, and they addressed any concern I had.

We came to dinner before the Playhouse theater production. We found that Roe Fusion was very accommodating to dietary restrictions. The server Vanessa was very personable and helpful with recommendations and descriptions of different dishes. Best of all, all of the dishes were cooked to perfection! We look forward to visiting again.
