Sierra Madre Pizza Company

This place is great. It has a really small town feel to it, so you feel good giving them your business, but yea, the pizza is great. It’s a great thick crust and awesome toppings. They are always friendly when you call in your order and then also when you pick it up. It’s in the middle of downtown Sierra Madre so it’s a fun place to hang out. Definitely recommend coming here!

I had the BBQ chicken pizza. The ingredients were excellent. Pizza was very good but could have been a little crisper. Maybe another minute or two in the oven would have been nice.

I have mixed feelings about this place.

The good - I enjoy getting a slice of pizza or their meatball sub sandwich. Good stuff!

The problem - sometimes I get a warm friendly feeling from the staff, while other times I feel like I'm a nuisance. It can range from a 1 to a 5, which isn't good. It sounds crazy, but I prefer consistency, so a consistent 3 would be better for me.

The atmosphere isn't good. It's primarily a take out place, so I get it. There are a few tables out front - that's okay if the weather is good.

Pre-pandemic, I'd eat inside or outside. Since the pandemic, they've taken the inside tables away.

Also, the soda machine is gone. Not terrible, but now I have to buy a can or bottle of Coke. Maybe two if I'm thirsty.

One final complaint. About a year ago, I came by to order a couple slices of pizza an a coke. The young man was about to take my order, then someone in back told him he couldn't, because I missed the cutoff time! I wound up ordering a calzone, which didn't hit the spot - too bready for me.

I met the owner at the post office about a year ago. I told him I have been a customer for a while, but I don't like the inconsistent attitude from his staff. He asked me to give them another chance.

I eat here about once a month. I get to sit out front and enjoy a nice sunny day + a good meal.

Decent pizza and great italian sub but the phone app they use SUCKS. Dump the "Slice" app because it drops orders.

This is a great pizza place. Not alot of seating but don't let that stop you. They have so much more than pizza too.

You guys need to take the slice app off the website. You request people to use this slice app but the app sucks and it's misleading and both times I've use the slice app the order got messed up.

Just saying, I'll be back once the slice app is removed from your website, until then I'm buying from elsewhere.

I went in for a very special police officers birthday wish...a Sierra Madre Pizza Company gift certificate.. (Sun March 24th, 1230pm ish) was told by the young lady at the order counter - "we're out right now" .. bummer, I asked if there was anyway we could cone up with something to give him a credit. - NO. I asked when they'd have them. She said - maybe tommorow, maybe next week, she obviously could care less. Guess I'll have to go to another pizza place that cares about they're customers.

I’ve been ordering Spaghetti with meatballs for years; plain nothing to cheer. I ordered chicken wings for first time. Huge mistake, wings were completely dried out, like they sat for days on a shelf somewhere and we’re thrown in a microwave. I threw them out. Embarrassing.

Oh well! This is by far the worst place to eat any Italian food. I had the raviolis and the sauce it came with was just plain, flavorless and just ordinary.My friend had the lunch special with the 2 slices of pizza and couldn’t believe how anyone will mess the sauce that much.How is this place still surviving, I have no idea.
