I went in for a very special police officers birthday wish...a Sierra Madre Pizza Company gift certificate.. (Sun March 24th, 1230pm ish) was told by the young lady at the order counter - "we're out right now" .. bummer, I asked if there was anyway we could cone up with something to give him a credit. - NO. I asked when they'd have them. She said - maybe tommorow, maybe next week, she obviously could care less. Guess I'll have to go to another pizza place that cares about they're customers.

I’ve been ordering Spaghetti with meatballs for years; plain nothing to cheer. I ordered chicken wings for first time. Huge mistake, wings were completely dried out, like they sat for days on a shelf somewhere and we’re thrown in a microwave. I threw them out. Embarrassing.

Oh well! This is by far the worst place to eat any Italian food. I had the raviolis and the sauce it came with was just plain, flavorless and just ordinary.My friend had the lunch special with the 2 slices of pizza and couldn’t believe how anyone will mess the sauce that much.How is this place still surviving, I have no idea.

best pizza by far, kinda dont like that its small and cant eat there because someone is already eating there. Mostly get it to go but their cashiers are always quick and attentive to my orders. The calzones are fire, the cookies too are bomb. Best pizza this and pasadena pizza co.

One of my favorite pizza places! Such great pizza I even love the crust and don’t need to eat it with butter! The staff is so nice! The pasta is also wonderful!!! Oh my gosh, the knot are amazing too!
Great pizza. I've ordered it many times. However, they're always late. If they give you a 20 min time estimate expect it to be at least 40. Today I waited half an hour in store (on top of the 25 mins they originally stated).

They delivered fresh steamy pizzas and wings to my daughter's 5th birthday party. So delicious, so affordable, and people work there are amazingly kind. They also have vegan options!

Super friendly staff and a pretty cool place. Outside dining is also a big plus. I ordered thin and crispy, and they got it perfect. Dough wasn't my favorite but I am sure it's really good for American eaters. I am just used to different feom Europe. But, I have to say that dough wasn't bad. Just not too much my style. I wish they would get a better quality cheese for their pizza and tomatoes sauce could also use a little bit better ingredients. Over all I enjoyed the pizza and place. Definitely will be back. I wish I could assist this place to tweak a few thing. Because if a few small improvements get done to pizza it will be one heck of a mountain of deliciousness. Overall, Definitely good pizza and staff. Thanks guys...
