I don’t play about my reviews! I thought all chipotle’s had a certain code to live by … fresh , fast and flavorful! This location failed the test ! Rude girl with long eyelashes didn’t want to say anything to you ! The general manager not even caring about customer service, he gossiping with the girl with long eyelashes! ???♀️The only person with sense was the cool guy making my food ! He did the best job trying to make me satisfied throughout the bad experience!Simply skip this location and go somewhere else!

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel like I need to, too, bring awareness to how they treat people. I didn't get the young girls name, but this happened tonight so if I get considered and the company actually does something, the date is today 12/13/2023 I guess just look up the schedule and interview all the females that worked this night. I forgot to ask for salsa on the side, and when I asked for it after I paid, the girl threw a comment on how I should be prepare my self and order it as I'm ordering my food. I mean, I made a simple mistake by forgetting. I feel like we are all human to forget things from time to time. She also went off saying more comments, not under her breath, but normal voice, and to be honest, I was embarrassed slashed thrown off about it. The cashier actually noticed this was not a normal act and seemed pretty surprised about it to the point where she became more helpful towards me. Anyways moving forward I will no longer be coming to this location which sucks because it's the closest Chipotle around my home, but for me not to go through a situation like I did tonight it would be worth the drive.

Horrible portion sizes are served at this location and to top it off the staff gives you attitude when you ask for the correct portion servings. Taco man that sits right out side the dollar store has better service and amazing serving sizes.

Waste of $28.78. I found a hair in my bowl, bought 2 fountain drinks and the sodas were watered down to the point where it's undrinkable and the cashier working on Sunday October 22 around 7pm was extremely rude.

I'm currently standing out here @11:06am. They are supposed to open @10:30am. This has always been the most unorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. I ordered my food for pickup @11am and now I'm just standing outside. Worse part is that I see my food sitting on the pickup area, and there are 4 people inside working, I just don't know what they are doing. One of the girls is eating her lunch. Also, the quality of food here is always much much worse than any other chipotle. I don't recommend this location.
