Mobile ordered for pickup at 10:50am. It's about a 13 minute drive from work, so I was waiting for "preparing order" before I left. It was already a few minutes past 10:50 with no update, so I decided to leave. All of a sudden it was ready for pickup and skipped "preparing order" entirely lol. I shouldn't have waited to leave. I never leave reviews but the service here was terrible. I ordered drinks with my meal and the cashier yelled at me that I didn’t tell her what drinks I wanted when I expected her to ask me instead of just ringing up fountain drinks. They weren’t even that busy, no excuse for being that hostile to a customer.

I hadn’t had chipotle in a while, since today was my last day to redeem my free stuff. I ordered the new #alpastor which is so yummy, having some freebies #guacamole & #lemonade helped me order today. The stuff was super nice I was able to have a sample which was the decision of what I ordered
